Dont waste your time, go to the other tropical smoothie Cafe in Harrisonburg. The quality control here is terrible, the smoothies taste empty like they are missing ingredients, and the food is lackluster.

This location is unreasonably slow no matter what time of day you go! I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt in the past, but it has been months and the service hasn’t gotten any faster. They’re clearly short staffed and need to work on improving wait times for customers. I had plenty of time to write this review while waiting 15 minutes for my smoothie, despite only being behind two cars in line!

Stopped in for something clean for dinner while traveling and both of us spent the most of the night on a toliet. We ordered 2 smoothies and a chicken flatbread sandwich. Do better.

Slow, cold sweet potatoes, warm soda, no fork, no napkins. I love tropical smoothie but not this one.

Everybody knows how i love my green smoothies from Tropical Smoothie! This store is a good one with courteous fast service. It isn't too far from the interstate either, making it an easy stop and go for the road warriors out there!

So they close at 10:00 supposedly, at 9:40 someone takes my order in the drive through, I pulled around to the drive through pick up window only to be ignored untill 9:55 when someone finally comes to the window to inform me that they couldn’t make my smoothie because they put everything away, it might not have been so bad if instead of taking my order they would have told me they weren’t going to make it instead of taking my order and ignoring me for 15 minutes then telling me they weren’t going to make it, it was a hot night and I really wanted that smoothie but I pulled away thirsty and disappointed ☹️😡

Showed up 15 minutes to close and they locked the doors and wouldn’t take any orders. Three cars were in line behind me.

Do not order from this place as they do not clean there equipment properly they treat there employees like garbage…they don’t even allow employees to take breaks regularly they lie and manipulate their employees and customers on a daily basis. BBB for Travis and Jessica sly the owners…what a joke of a company in the Shenandoah valley!!

Take for ever, 1 car in line. Took 15 minutes to make a sandwich and smoothie. Don’t offer a drive through if you can’t keep a pace.

The team at this location was so kind and patient with my kids! My 4 and 2 year olds love their purple smoothies, we will definitely be back!!

I made a mobile order, waited 10 minutes to go, got in the drive thru, and sat at the window with no one coming for another 15. They need to either hire more staff or close earlier because the service was awful.

Waited in line for 10 minutes and they are so slow, they couldn’t even get 1 car out of the drivethru. Terrible service and ended up leaving.
