So yummy best fast food in town 🔥

So they close at 10:00 supposedly, at 9:40 someone takes my order in the drive through, I pulled around to the drive through pick up window only to be ignored untill 9:55 when someone finally comes to the window to inform me that they couldn’t make my smoothie because they put everything away, it might not have been so bad if instead of taking my order they would have told me they weren’t going to make it instead of taking my order and ignoring me for 15 minutes then telling me they weren’t going to make it, it was a hot night and I really wanted that smoothie but I pulled away thirsty and disappointed ☹️😡

Showed up 15 minutes to close and they locked the doors and wouldn’t take any orders. Three cars were in line behind me.

Do not order from this place as they do not clean there equipment properly they treat there employees like garbage…they don’t even allow employees to take breaks regularly they lie and manipulate their employees and customers on a daily basis. BBB for Travis and Jessica sly the owners…what a joke of a company in the Shenandoah valley!!

Take for ever, 1 car in line. Took 15 minutes to make a sandwich and smoothie. Don’t offer a drive through if you can’t keep a pace.

The team at this location was so kind and patient with my kids! My 4 and 2 year olds love their purple smoothies, we will definitely be back!!

I made a mobile order, waited 10 minutes to go, got in the drive thru, and sat at the window with no one coming for another 15. They need to either hire more staff or close earlier because the service was awful.

Waited in line for 10 minutes and they are so slow, they couldn’t even get 1 car out of the drivethru. Terrible service and ended up leaving.

I went on a field trip with a class of high school students today to tour a gym and take a workout class and tropical smoothie on Port was our 2nd stop after. The card machines were down and lobby was closed inside, but because of the bus I wasn't able to go to through the drive through. Summer was working & was incredible with my class - she and the team processed all of our smoothies so fast & allowed us to come inside to process the vouchers we had to use. She was so kind, fast and polite. She also made sure a student with allergies had a fully allergen-friendly smoothie. Such a positive experience for us all around & want to make sure Summer gets recognized for that effort today. Thank you!

Read the other reviews: The smoothie here was terrible, I ordered a paradise point, this is supposed to include strawberry, banana, and pineapple: this is ice with a few green strawberries thrown in. I will not come back to any of these establishments after this experience. The food served to my party was NOT good. If I had paid for this I would have gotten my money back.

Note I see the owner wants everyone to waste their time complaining on some abstract link, buddy we all complained here, we have spoken, you suck and if I read these reviews and your response before receiving my food I would have realized you have no interest in doing better and would never have allowed my party to come here. Bluntly put if you don't care about your business, do everyone a favor and sell your establishment to someone that will care.

Corporate should know my party will not revisit this chain do to clear management failures. Step up or shut down.

Employees were kind, however the food received was mediocre at best. Ordered a blueberry bliss and it tasted as if there was a hint of blueberry, but mostly water. The wrap was not heated throughout. As a previous employee at another location, this was highly disappointing. Overall very expensive for a watery smoothies and room temperature wraps.
