As someone who has worked at a TSC for over 2 years their smoothies are not something i would ever give a customer. Clearly not blended at all and chunks of ice and fruit. Very poor standards if this is regular practice, i would face repercussions from my management if i ever served a customer this horribly blended smoothie they paid $8 for.

I usually go through drive thru always fast, friendly, and polite. Happy hour is the best. I treat my girls to smoothies after basketball practice at least twice a week.

I frequent this location and normally use the drive thru. More times than not employees forget toppings on the açaí bowls which makes me have to go inside to ask for it. What good is the drive thru if you end up having to go inside anyway? During my most recent visit not only were toppings missing but when I opened the bowl there was dark brown/ blonde hair in it. Maybe the employees should consider wearing hairnets to avoid hair getting into the fruits.

I have no clue what this is but I found it in the bottom of my smoothie. Also it looks like it got chopped up because there’s little pieces of rubber now at the bottom. Can’t believe I drank this.

Best customer service. The young man who works there was so kind and willing to make another smoothie bc it didn’t taste the same to me. SO KIND!!!
The food is generally good, but the portion sizes keep shrinking while the price stays the same. The new bowls make it difficult to reach the acai base under the piled on fruit snd granola. The cut corners have made eating here no longer a pleasurable experience. I'll miss coming here.

It was a quiet evening. This was my first time eating from Tropical Smoothies. We were served well by the ladies and gentle in the back. We had the Mango Berry Cosmo and Peanut Butter Cup smoothies which were delicious. We also order food, Chicken Pesto and Baja Chicken Wrap which were also delicious.

We ordered three three cheese chicken quesadillas and pulled over to eat them and realized no chicken was in the quesadillas, it was no big deal pulled around and said we ordered chicken quesadillas and no chicken was in the quesadillas. And after replacing food she stated next time if we eat the food she can’t replace it, I proceeded to explain that the end piece was small and didn’t realize it, after that piece ate the second piece out of 4 pieces and realized there was no chicken and she just kept interrupting me saying if we eat the food next time she won’t replace it. And so I asked for her name and she gave me her name and said report me if you’d like hope you have a HORRIBLE DAY BYE. Then I called the manager the next morning and explained what happened and she said she would have a talk with her and asked me if my food was replaced and I said yes but I never ate it because of how hostile she was I didn’t feel comfortable eating it and I would send pictures if I needed to, long story short she didn’t offer a refund
