I went in and got a few smoothies and some food, the service was great and my server, Addy, was very sweer and talkative and recommended a smoothie to me that I really enjoyed.

Service was awful I walked in and one of the workers looks at me and walks to the back. After 10 minutes of just sitting there i looked over the counter where then finally 3 employees came out to assist me. They were Not welcoming. No smiles. Once my food was prepared the little girl threw my bad at me on the counter instead of handing it to me. This experience was awful and I believe the attitudes of these employees especially towards an African American individual need to be addressed. These were not the same attitudes presented to the elderly Caucasian lady in front of me. 10/10 would not recommend if you are and African American.

I was there last Sunday a woman was giving me attuide and once I received my order once I got my food I went to ask to use the restroom they didn’t give me the key no one was there they were in the back

Worst experience I ever had considering how disrespectful the employee staff was to my mom treating her like she was just an irritant and even refusing to give her the bathroom key upon her request. Very very poor attitude. I prefer not to go back to this business ever again and will not be recommending them to anyone!

My experience here was terrible. I placed a mobile order and they messed it up which then I had to drive back and see if they could remake it which I didn’t even touch it to begin with because there was bacon on it and I cannot eat it. I went back to this location and she proceeded to go back and forth with me saying I didn’t ask for it to be removed and then said she will not remake it and the only thing she can do is just take it back and remove it. Don’t you think I would have done that myself and saved myself the trouble if I just didn’t want the bacon but since it had touched everything else and cross contaminated everything due to my religious purposes I needed the sandwich to be remade. I am so upset I had to throw the sandwich away, wasted $10 and wasted food. Never will go back here again.
