Me and my husband went to have dinner. We both ordered cheese on hash browns. I told waitress cook got mad and angry and took a piece of cheese cold I melted slapped it on my hashbrownns and rolled his eyes about it and I couldn't even eat them because of it
My husband had no cheese
We were charged 5$ extra for it I'm very disappointed and don't know if I will be back tbh we

12/06/25 They had no to go syrups, no tobasco sauce, didnāt put any utensils in the bag, gave me bacon when thatās not what I asked for.. I asked for 3 well done scrambled eggs and they gave me 2 & it was barley cooked.. and when I went back up to them to address the issue they were non chalant with an attitude. Fire them all

We all love the waffles but the food area is terrible. Servers making waffles then doing everything else. No hand washing. Food and trash all over the floor. Where are the folks that should keep that area clean?

The wait was long to order food and get our food. In fact a table of people that was there before us left because they were waiting about an hour for their food. However, I love Waffle House waffles š§! They're the best waffles in the world, in my opinion. My husband had the eggs hashbrowns cheesesteak meal and he gives it a 2 out of 5.

Thanksgiving morning was exceptional!!! The place was packed with happy diners, while the staff of 8 cranked out the goods with speed and cheer! The coffee was perfect, server never let my cup go empty. The food was far better than I expected! I sat at the bar, so I got a front row view of all the action! WH might be my new TG morning tradition!!!

Last night was one of the most traumatic experiences for my girls and me. While out for Halloween, we witnessed an employee almost get shot just for doing his job. We saw the aggressor run to his car, grab a gun, and point it toward a crowd surrounding the Waffle House employee. We visit this Waffle House often and have seen this young man working many late nights heās always been polite, respectful, and hardworking. But last night, the staff was completely overwhelmed. There were only a few employees trying to manage an overcrowded restaurant that was clearly over capacity people packed in like sardines, likely violating multiple fire codes. This location urgently needs to hire security personnel who are trained to handle late night situations like this. Waffle House is one of the few places open after hours, and the safety of employees and customers should be their top priority. No one should have to fear for their life or risk it for $12.41 an hour and a plate of waffles. Managementās response was extremely disappointing. The situation was brushed off, as the aggressor revisited the Waffle House a few minutes after as if nothing happened. Multiple peopleās life was at risk.
