Very poor service! I don't see how this restaurant stays open. 3 different times I try to order something for lunch and it's always "we're out of that" or "we only have certain menu items". And the restaurant is so unclean. Staff is unprofessional. I'll never go there again! This restaurant should be CLOSED DOWN!

As someone who has been going here since I was young, I will tell you that the food has only gotten worse over the years. The atmosphere is always slow and moldy. The frostys will always taste great, and I won’t complain however I would just say this spot’s reliability to provide solid meals just isn’t what it used to be.

This Wendy's is always slow. I do like the quality of the food but I don't go as often anymore because every time I have to wait longer and longer. The last visit was a 17 minute wait before I even was able to place my order

The cashier (girl with red eye shadow and dyed red hair) was very unhappy to see us. I wonder if she had somewhere better to be. Good luck in life. The other staff seemed jovial and kind.

Took ten minutes for the wrong food, I took it back and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do refunds that the office has to issue them. Then the lady cooking told me to eat at home next time

Went to drive thru to get gift cards and a snack. Got the usual greeting if I was using the app and I said No. I waited and then started my order, silence. I asked if anyone was there, nothing. After several minutes I just left. I’ve had problems before with service at this location, but this was the first time where I felt truly ignored by staff.

The food and service was great but the only thing that bothers me is that a lot of times the soda machines are leaking with water all over the floor and possibly taking a long time to get it cleaned up which could endanger some people by falling possibly. Otherwise than that, I like the place.

The food is typical for Wendy's restaurants, but the service at this location is awful. I have been to this location roughly 10 times in the past 6 months and have gotten my correct order maybe twice. From incorrect or missing sauces to the wrong items altogether. I would highly recommend driving down the road to another location.
