I ordered it from online. I didn’t eat the chicken at all. It was very very bad undercook it was frozen. How come they send this to the customer? I can’t believe that and I am not very happy. I am very disappointed because they send me this kind frozen chicken

Went to Wendy's today and got a chocolate frosty. I was driving while eating it so I wasn't looking at it, and I thought that I was just biting into some ice crystals. Sometimes they tend to be icy. I then happen to look down into my cup and see a metal sliver. I then proceeded to look around in my cup and found more and more metal went back to the store, the employees of the store couldn't seem to bothered asked for a refund was given a piece of paper that you have to fill out and then the DM will determine if they will mail you a check for your refund never heard of this practice absolutely ridiculous. Demanded them to call the DM. The DM agreed to give me the refund while waiting on the refund. I noticed the moldy ceiling tile and took a picture.

Very poor service! I don't see how this restaurant stays open. 3 different times I try to order something for lunch and it's always "we're out of that" or "we only have certain menu items". And the restaurant is so unclean. Staff is unprofessional. I'll never go there again! This restaurant should be CLOSED DOWN!
