Visited around 8:40pm 3/25/25, zero customer service. 4 people at the front counter on their phones completely ignoring customers. Long line in the drive thru with cars leaving without ordering. Only one person seemed to be doing any work. It's slow any time, but night is apparently the worst.

I can't tell you about the food, I never bought anything. In fact they never knew I was there. Driving I-81 on a Saturday afternoon, 3pm. We decide to get a quick bite at Wendy's. I walked in and another customer was waiting. No employee in sight. Everyone busy with the drive through. I waited a few more 2-3 minutes and more customers walk in. Still no employee up front. Everyone busy with the drive through. I went to the bathroom, came back, more customers gathered. Still no employee so we went next door to Cookout.

I ordered the $5 baggy included, which included a Jr's Cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, and Ff, but I upgraded to a delicious baked potato w cheese & chili and a drink only $10 can't be it. My friend ordered a mushroom burger, and She said it was the bomb ! Go Wendy's ❤️

😒😒😒😒I paid more than I would have paid for my food because I ordered delivery and I still had to pay a service fee and tip. But my food didn't arrive completely. Something was missing and the burger. I repeat, this is a burger without sauce. I don't know how this company trains their employees to make such a mistake. It's disrespectful and abusive to customers. If you can't bring your brain to work, you should stay home.

I recently walked through the drive thru and they refused to take my order, I can see why wendys doesn't make as much money as McDonald's or chicfila, pro suggestion if you want food go to the chic fil a across the street.

If you find yourself needing a number one meal and a frosty at 1130pm. Then this place welcomes you. Just make sure to use the drive-thru.
Super clean inside, and overall the experience was pretty pleasant. Went here for lunch after skiing at massanutten nearby and this was definitely a good choice. Very well kept and the staff were nice. Other than being way too expensive this is a nice stop to eat at.

Fries are hit or miss. Burgers are normally good. The last spicy chicken I bought had a big ol' bite of fat, so I was super grossed out and tossed it. Sucks because of how expensive it is now.
