By far the worst Wendy's experience ever. Dave would be rolling over in his grave if he saw the quality of our food. One slice of bacon on our baconater? The burgers where small and smashed, fries were cold and petrified. 75$ to feed a family of 4 this type of shit?

They make you pay fifty cent for each sauce packet and slow the line down by doing so. This is the only fast food location that I know does this.

Their system didn’t capture my order correctly and they took their out their frustration on me. I was yelled at by the manager and blamed by the team for slowing down the line. Then they got my order wrong a 2nd time.

I was very respectful throughout the process and listened to instructions. Im embarrassed for them and disappointed this is how they handled such a minor inconvenience.

Barely any taki dust on my fries, most of them were stale and the young hispanic girl at the second window raised her eyes at me annoyed when I simply asked for ranch. The older lady at the first window was nice and polite though, so I'm not putting the review at one star for this reason. It's unfortunate people have to $15-20 for this kinda service these days at fast food places. Should lower the price for the service you get..
