My last two trips to this Wendy's have been nice. The food was fresh. The only complaint is the length of time getting through the drive-thru. Also, I tried to order online at this location, but it was either down or they don't offer that service yet.

The worst Wendy’s. Service is so slow and you wait in the drive thru line for years to get service. I can never get all the stuff that I order. Food is always missing. I believe a 6 year old could do a better job than the employees that work there. Avoid that Wendy’s.

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s in town. Spent just about 20 minutes in the drive thru before I got to the speaker. Then the person working the speaker was rude, I could barely hear them and then when I said “I’m sorry, what?” I got a reply of “second window” with the most attitude I’ve ever been given. Like I’m sorry I couldn’t hear your mumbles, but ok. I just can’t believe they they’re just letting employees take this long and be rude to customers. I also had to wait in the line front the drive thru all the way out into the road, talk about a safety hazard. Then I find glitter in my French fries. Literal glitter on my fries. I’m confused about that one. My sauce cups were also busted when I got them. I’ll never go back to this Wendy’s again. East market street is the best one in hburg.

Terrible service, food as you expect. Literally acted like I wasn't standing there and when I asked if someone was taking orders was told we'll be with you in a minute. It was longer than that. It was so bad I thought they had an ordering kiosk... If I wasn't driving across country, I would've left. I think I'm done with the terrible service at Wendy's, the food isn't that good for the level of service you receive. I was basically doing them a favor going there.

First no ice in the one ice machine, no doctor peper and the lobby was horrible. the floor very sticky and I was stuck to the floor and they weren't busy at all. One my friends had to crawl underneath the bathroom to unlock it. Not pleased with this store

I didn’t receive my entire order, I should checked the bag before leaving. It was very good still. Added: I didn’t get a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger I instead got a chicken sandwich.
