One of my favorite restaurants in Harrisonburg. I grew up eating hummus and falafel, and the hummus here is maybe the only one I’ve ever liked as much as or better than my mom’s. The family who run the restaurant are so nice, and the food is incredible. My favorite is the chicken shawarma salad with cilantro lime dressing and a side of hummus. Yummmmmmm. Also they just recently renovated and redecorated the dining room and I think it feels much lighter and more spacious.
This is a family run Mediterranean restaurant, serving authentic cuisine. It is a small restaurant, but one of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at recently. The flavors were absolutely beautiful! The lamb, especially, was the best we’d ever had, and the lentil soup was excellent. They took excellent care of us, and were extremely welcoming and friendly.
