Ordered a Philly cheese steak and got essentially a long burger. It was served with american cheese, tomato, and lettuce. The steak was thick and full of sinew, which made for a very unpleasant experience. The atmosphere was not great. Would not eat here again.

What a great no frills place to eat! Amazing burgers and hot dogs!! Generous portion sizes!! What a gem of a place. Your classic diner atmosphere. My favorite kind of place.😃 I highly recommend, and will be back. Very friendly staff, and the food was hot, quick and amazing. They have a nice menu selection as well.

We stopped here for a bite to eat because we heard so much about it. We got a double cheeseburger and fries. Amazing burger! Cooked to perfection 😋. Service was amazing as well. The owner even delivered our food to our car. We will be coming back. Drop by if you are near. You won’t be disappointed.

I was craving seafood while in Gloucester Point, so Seafood Kitchen sounded especially appealing. I left craving good seafood.
The Kitchen is very much a diner, which is fine. I've been to some great diners. The overhead lighting flickered distractingly. The cheap vinyl Halloween tablecloth looked like it had been in use since last year, as did the Halloween decorations.
I ordered the crab cake sandwich, even though the price had gone up to $15 since the photo someone had taken of the menu. The basket arrived quickly and was loaded with fries, but the crab cake had been flattened to more nearly fill the bun and was clearly heavily breaded. I hadn't been planning on eating the bun, but there was so much breading that I wouldn't have even noticed the crab if I had eaten the bun.
But the place is apparently pretty popular with the locals, so maybe the crab cakes aren't a good example of the quality of their food. Maybe it's because of the service, which seemed about as good as it could be with only one employee doing everything.

My second time visiting. The food and service is better than excellent. Mac and cheese is the bomb. We have had the Steve melt, coastal burger, gyro,and club. You won't leave hungry.

Visited this restaurant today for the first time. Food was excellent. My husband is a big burger guy and he has now found his favorite burger spot. I had the crab cake sandwich with fries and I can honestly say the chef did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. We definitely will be back again.

It was very different inside but very more like a out in the middle of nowhere kinda feel but it felt like home but very good food, owner is very friendly and nice works very hard and puts out good food!
These were the best burgers I've tried in the area. We traveled from Williamsburg to run some DMV errands and saw the place, and it was great. The owner's service, the food, and the atmosphere were the best! Simply the best I've tried here in the US, and I'm from Colombia, a country where we have very good burgers.

GET THE FUNNEL CAKE. Sorry we ate the food on the road. Better than fast food to take on the road. So no food picks. FUNNEL CAKE, FUNNEL CAKE....worth to go.. they make it the carnival way.. they have topping.they have ice cream to put on it. FUNNEL CAKE, FUNNEL CAKE. Note.. the hamburger is real burger and not frozen patty. Chicken sandwich has hand breaded chicken strips.

Coastal Kitchen is a pleasant surprise. The menu contains sufficient options to satisfy most, and they have daily specials too! We ordered at the counter for carry out, and everything was prepared fresh and ready within 5 or so minutes.

Best burgers on the middle peninsula! Premium beef that is hand cut there every morning. Highly recommend if you want a juicy burger.
