Franco's stands out for me among Gloucester's many pizza places. I've never been to another pizza place that has the owner come out, double check how you like your pizza, then cater it to your liking (and throwing in free dessert)! Franco's also offers gluten free options and other dietary restrictions. Definitely worth dining in, but also the best take out in Gloucester in my opinion.

The pizza is off-the-charts flavorful, with fresh ingredients and a cheese pull like you would not believe. We made a special request for one of the pizzas we ordered, so the chef came out to make sure he was achieving what we asked for. I’m also gluten intolerant, and this is the best pizza I can get on the peninsula ? we’re lucky to have them in Gloucester
Dietary restrictions: They do gluten-free pizzas and I saw on the board that they’re trying something with dairy-free options! Call and ask about that though, I can only promise gluten-awareness.

Franco’s is our go-to spot for great pizza and a great date night! The staff are so kind and friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The pizzas are huge and always hot! And omg their cannolis are authentic and delicious! Thank you Franco’s :)

Went here with my granddaughter for her birthday, meant to go to another local Italian restaurant but they were closed. Best decision ever!!! The food was great quality and delicious, our chicken parmigiana stayed warm the entire meal. The salad & rolls were great sides. We even got their homemade tiramisu and you could tell it was made from fresh ingredients. Our waitress was sweet and prompt. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a causal restaurant with great dishes.

The absolute best pizza in Hampton Roads. Hands down! I've tried them all. I travel a ton for work around the area. The pizza, food, garlic knots, you cant go wrong. The people cooking and staff were top notch good people. You can tell the food is made with love. I wish this business great success and growth. I really hope more people appreciate what is happening here.

When I asked the young man behind the counter why no pizza, his reply was "first come, first serve"....wrong answer! Respect your customers.
Very disappointed with this. Your customers are not going to be happy. Not everyone wants a whole pizza or a dinner.
