Best Alaskan Crab fest we've been to in awhile, will return. The wait staff, wow, every one of the ladies were awesome! We felt very well taken care of. The decor seemed a bit disjointed, possibly because we apparently walked into the wrong door and had to walk through the bar/pool hall area to get to the dining room. Kind of a strange intro, but it was all new to us. Next time we know and we will return. Totally worth it.

The food was great! Ordered tuna bites and they were cooked perfectly, the best my husband has ever had. Clams and steak sub were equally as delicious. Our server was Tina and she was amazing, friendly with a fun, down to earth, and welcoming personality. Recommend and give a 10 outta 10.

Went there today which is February 20th, at 4:40 PM one man sitting at the bar, one girl walking in from smoking no one else in there. No waitress came to our table. We sat there for about 5 to 6 minutes and ended up, leaving nobody to greet us.

What a surprise! My husband and I came in looking for dinner but had low expectations in the beginning. One of the employees was smoking right at the entrance which off put my appetite and there was no one to greet us to tell us where we should sit, but that was the end of it.We were just about to walk out when a waitress grabbed us and let us know we could sit wherever we wanted. Still feeling a little apprehensive we ordered a beer and the wings. OMG!! They were great! So then we ordered dinner. Both of those meals were great, with good size portions and great prices.This place is a hidden gem, don’t let the pool hall vibe scare you. Everyone, patrons and staff were very friendly and having great food on top of it all is why we’ll definitely be back for watching some football!

I host trivia and sometimes get to fill in for the host at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The trivia teams are wonderful. They come for fun, and even when they get a little competitive, they still show respect to everyone around them. This spot has been the same positive atmosphere every time I've visited. The food is delicious as well, and they have a nice variety of options. The options for food without gluten are delicious. My sensitivity isn't bad enough that trace amounts bother me, but with how the staff is, I doubt they would have a problem with ensuring those who are more sensitive than me are able to have a great meal. I can't wait to guest host here again, since I don't get many opportunities to get up to Hayes.Kid-friendliness: There is a nice selection on the kids menu. I'm usually here too late in the evening to bring my toddler since trivia starts right around his bed time. From what I've seen with older kids, this place would be great.Parking: Plenty of parking, several accessible spots that are large enough to fit a Ram 2500.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on one level, the ramp from the parking lot is not steep (I don't even notice the difference as I walk up it).Dietary restrictions: There are a large variety of choices, I can't eat gluten and have been able to easily find quite a bit to eat.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and very clean!Kid-friendliness: There is a kid play area.Parking: There is plenty of room in the parking lot for a lot of vehicles.Wheelchair accessibility: We didn't need the accessibility for a wheelchair, but the restaurant does cater towards wheelchairs. There is plenty of space.
