Pizza Hut

I typically order Pizza from willamsburg as thats where I live, but I have friends over here and they recommend this place for pizza and it did not disappoint! Its pretty constant with the other locations.

Once again they totally disappoint! Called the number to order pizza and the order never got to them and their pizza fryer was down! I am done done done with them!

Tried to order on line but order would not add to my cart. Tried several times. Called and ordered by phone. When picking up my order I tried to use my reward points and was told I had to do that on line. Which I couldn't do because their internet wasn't working. So, when I told him he needed to report his internet wasn't working he told me that employees were not able to report internet problems. I am very confused.

Excellent workers always polite and respectful and always hello when you enter the store Victoria and Johanna are the best pizza workers I have ever seen or met in my life and I’m 40 years old

Ordered 2 med pizzas, one dble pepperoni and one 3 topping to be delivered total was $34.80 We sat down to eat and the pepperoni pizza was burnt pretty bad. I called the store and had to take it back to get a new one. After I had pd for delivery. Walked in the young man says is this your pepperoni as he was boxing it. I said yes. He said hear ya go. I didn't even get an apology. Last time my pizza had no marina, I mean none. Never again.

Oven was down. App said food was ready got to store no sign on door employees told me once I walked in oven was down and no clue when it'd be working again.

Employees are very nice and the food is always perfect. Walk ins can expect to wait about 15 min but that's just how long it takes to make your food fresh. If you call ahead you're food with ready and waiting. We never do delivery so idk how long that takes. Always a good deal

We always had great service & good food from this Pizza Hut but recently it's not so great anymore I guess they had a turnover of workers. Saturday nights are a little better🍕
