Ordered 2 med pizzas, one dble pepperoni and one 3 topping to be delivered total was $34.80 We sat down to eat and the pepperoni pizza was burnt pretty bad. I called the store and had to take it back to get a new one. After I had pd for delivery. Walked in the young man says is this your pepperoni as he was boxing it. I said yes. He said hear ya go. I didn't even get an apology. Last time my pizza had no marina, I mean none. Never again.

Oven was down. App said food was ready got to store no sign on door employees told me once I walked in oven was down and no clue when it'd be working again.

Employees are very nice and the food is always perfect. Walk ins can expect to wait about 15 min but that's just how long it takes to make your food fresh. If you call ahead you're food with ready and waiting. We never do delivery so idk how long that takes. Always a good deal

We always had great service & good food from this Pizza Hut but recently it's not so great anymore I guess they had a turnover of workers. Saturday nights are a little better🍕

One of our favorite things about the Hayes Pizza Hut is our delivery driver, Bobby. He is great! Always gets our order to us piping hot and always has a smile and a great attitude! These days, good customer service is a rarity so we are very thankful when he brings our order. We had another delivery driver once and by the time I got done discussing which order was mine and why the food was cold. Keep up the great job, Bobby! see you again soon!

This was 2 personal pan pizzas, pepproni, and mushroom, and very good. Delivered very quickly. But, both had only 4 sliced of pepproni, and a scant amount of mushrooms. Things are getting bad.....

Pizza delivered almost one hour late and not as ordered. No means in the app to communicate with them. The only option is to contact the store but they didn’t answer. Pizza was terrible and ended up in the trash. The delivery driver was nice and the only highlight of this order. Avoid!

Last order will be no redemption. Made me regret not purchasing Digornios frozen pizza. I would have had more satisfaction from my purchase. What a waste of $ 20.00
