Family style dining in a retro atmosphere. Great food, possibly the best prime rib east of the Mississippi. Outstanding service, skilled staff. Clean operation all the way down to the restrooms. I will always make Slammin Sammy's one of my stops whenever I'm in the yorktown area. Thank you girls for making my dinner awesome!

What a great diner where the locals eat! Food was excellent with plenty of selection and good prices. Service was top notch and the atmosphere was great. We were even graced with the surprise appearance of the Christmas Grinch too. Plenty of parking, seating, and super clean bathrooms.
