I ordered biscuits and gravy only to find hair baked into my biscuits. They took away the buffet and taped pictures of the food onto the glass. The food you get is not adequately represented by the photographs so beware. The cashier was kind and the manager on duty seemed nice and even offered to remake my food but I didn't want another biscuit with a hair baked in so I politely declined and asked for a refund. Usually this restaurant is pretty good but has gone downhill in the last year.
I go through Aunt Beas drive-through, and order a double cheeseburger combo and a extra large iced tea. I’ll pay with my debit card which was over $15 and got my food. I sit in the parking lot to eat and when I open my double cheeseburger grease comes pouring out of it all over my car that I just purchased for $34,000. Grease went in the switches on the armrest and all over my clothes. I had already cleaned the ice tea off of the overfilled cup that the young man handed to me in my car. I went back through the drive-through and demanded my money back. There was no use in serving food so terrible covered in grease, when they return my money, they returned me the cash amount which was $12 and change. So it still cost me over3 dollars for grease, soaked food. I will not ever darken aunt bees again. My order was at the Hillsville location.
