My husband and I stopped at Hardee's in Hillsville around 1:00 pm. Our order was taken. The restaurant was a mess. Napkins and food was on the floor. Cup lids and straw wrappers laying on the drink station and tables haven't even been wiped off. We ask for ketchup and salt and we barely got that. One pack of French fries was upside down , so we had to dig them out of the bottom of the bag. Employees on their cell phones. Instead of cleaning up the restaurant the employees would stay in the back. One of the employees walked out into the dining room while on his phone and walked back into the back. He didn't do anything to clean up the store or anything. We were the only ones there but not the first employee there was cleaning up. That used to be one of the best stores, but not anymore. It was nasty.

Walked in 8-15 A.M. 8/24 25 Young lady look back at me and then back at the kitchen Appeared to be waiting for food for drive through. I waited and waited and waited but the open bag had her attention. Left. You need people who chew gum and walk at the same time

My family and i went through the drive through and got 4 combos. All the fries tasted litterally like cardboard, and my kids and us wouldnt eat them. That alone says alot considering my kids are always tryn to get our fries. Then the mushroom and swiss burger has the mushroom part that looked like a big blackish blob. After deciding to try to eat it despite the apperance, it tasted as bad as it looked, burnt and old! My daughter got the classic chicken, which was supposed to automatically come with mayo and pickles, had nothing but chicken on it. But we made the most of it and added mayo and pickles at home. When she bit into it she immediately had to spit it out as the chicken was refrigerator cold on the inside and she said it tasted horrible. We live less than 10 minutes from hardees so there was no reason to be that kind of cold. As for the bag itself the fries looked literally looked as though they had been thrown in the bag. All of them was either upside down and empty or on their side and mostly dumped out as well. We had the bag positioned to where it could not fall over or slide around so there is no way the ride home would have done that. I understand that at times people may rush or have bad days but this was beyond ridiculous. It it was possible to have a lower star rating then i would have done it!

I hadn't ate there in a while, they used to have great breakfast, not very impressed, the biscuit just wasn't very good, definitely not worth the wait. Not to mention the guy at the window who was not very cordial, rude might be the best description. Won't be going back there.
Its a nice store and all which is amazing but everytime I stop by no matter what it always takes atleast 10 to 15 minutes to get my food from the drive through but the amazing workers make it better everytime this is in no way meant to hate on the restaurant just wish it was a tad bit faster

I'm tired if paying $5 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and getting hardly any egg. Biscuit was falling apart at that. You go to any other breakfast place you get your money's worth. I'm done. Hardee's used to have a breakfast worth bragging about.
