We arrive today around 11:50 yes I know it busy but it’s your job! Went thru the drive thru and was rushed to order so when I starting keeping on with my order the guy on the speaker was like “hold on mam I can’t rush l” well neither can I but you wanted me to so my son who is 2 beautiful little boy is autistic was super upset ,the guy couldn’t handle the crying while I was trying to order so besides asking me to come in or anything he tells me to have a good day well I’m shocked and not sure then the shift manger tells me to go to Wendy they don’t want my money all bc of my non verbal 2 year old who loves there fries was upset

Have come here all my life and have never raised a fuss or complained. I even try to clean up my own table. But this morning when I was eating with my son, there was a bite taken out of my hotcakes when I opened them. The lady up front said it was probably a tear but it was a clear bite mark, hidden under the other two. I’d be mad enough about it by myself, but when it’s food I’m sharing with my son, and then it’s blown off, it’s unacceptable. When I went to tell my concern to the manger, he got defensive and tried to play it off as a “tear”. I’m not coming back here.
