Have come here all my life and have never raised a fuss or complained. I even try to clean up my own table. But this morning when I was eating with my son, there was a bite taken out of my hotcakes when I opened them. The lady up front said it was probably a tear but it was a clear bite mark, hidden under the other two. I’d be mad enough about it by myself, but when it’s food I’m sharing with my son, and then it’s blown off, it’s unacceptable. When I went to tell my concern to the manger, he got defensive and tried to play it off as a “tear”. I’m not coming back here.

This rest stop McDonald and gas station at Exit 1 on 77 near 81. Is my go to place when I travel between home and friends. It's clean, need and well staffed
