Friendly staff and the guy cleaning tables was very nice and friendly talkative and even asked if he could get us anything better then the one on 601 in mount airy our food was right and nobody had to run out of the restaurant to get us to wait because they forgot part of the order like the one on 601 plus we were not charged an upcharge on the drink for the meal like the one on 601

the service on october 2nd 2025 at around 9:30 is actually terrible and probably the worst i’ve seen at any McDonald’s. the closing crew needs to either be fired to or retold how to do their job when their on the clock. two people from my party had to literally shout several times to get at least one persons attention to ask for sauce because everyone who was supposed to be working was joking around/laughing loudly and messing around. and then once we were able to get one persons attention the rest of the crew proceeded to mock the costumers.
