On our receipt it showed the name Philip and I sure hope it was our server! (Forgot to ask!) He was by far the most gracious and down to earth person we have ever met and was an amazing waiter to me and my wife. Great attitude and positive energy! And gave us a recommendation on something to watch! Very amazing man and I wish him nothing but the best!

Pizza Hut was the first pizza restaurant in my hometown more than 50 years ago so it was the first and only pizza I ate for years. It’s the standard to which I compare other pizzas. This one was just like remembered it tasting from my high school days. It was hot and tasty. The crust was thin and really crispy. The cheese was bubbly and hot. There was the right amount of pepperonis on it. I loved it.
I ordered through the app and even double checked my order. I asked for breadsticks and got cheese sticks. I also ordered a Parmesan cheese shaker and didnt get that either. Luckily I'm from out of town and won't return.

First time buying from this Pizza Hut.The Big New Yorker pizza we ordered looked like a $3 Red Baron frozen pizza with 3-4 pieces of pepperoni per slice. This is in constrast to the website stating "Double Pepperoni" and showing a picture with 12 pieces on each slice. It was pretty dry and not the Big New Yorker of olde.The double order of cheesy bread sticks we ordered came with 2 x 2oz cups of marinara. This was sufficient for about 4-5 breadsticks even though we rationed it as much as possible.I was emailed asking for feedback which I submitted and was never contacted back. It must have went into "File 13".

We called in an order ahead of time, checked in at the pick up window, and were told the order would be ready in 10 min. Roughly 15 min later someone came back to the window to tell us they forgot to put in our order and asked if we could wait while they made it from scratch. Ended up leaving with no pizza.

Went during one of the busiest times of the year, Hillsville Flea Market. They were so busy but took care of us as quickly as possible. We ordered the meal for two and it came with the best cheese sticks ever, boneless chicken wings and a delicious pizza. Our waitress was perfectly attentive and our food was fresh and hot. Likely my best pizza hut experience ever. Thank you!

Had to wait at the window, while workers walked by and looked at me but wouldn't come over, for a long time. The order was wrong. Paid for extra toppings but didn't get those. My grandson loves the New Yorker because of the XL slices, didn't get those. The pizza should have been cut into 6 pieces, they can't even get that right, 10 pieces and all wonky. The pizza was supposed to be double pepperoni to begin with. There was 2 types but maybe enough for a small pizza at best. Highly unsatisfied!!

I placed a sizeable order of up to $120 worth of food. Well to my surprise the pizzas were all wrong, we didn't get half of our order and it wasn't very satisfying. After we received our order via door dash we were disgusted by how half butt things were done and what we received. We tried to call to speak with someone about our order and was directed to somewhere overseas, needless to say we will not be going here again. This is very disheartening because this used to be one of our go to places for our big family....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
