I ordered food from my hotel room and received a bag of cold, and tasteless items. My drink must’ve been sitting a long time because it was watered down with hardly any ice left in it. The bowl that I paid $10 for barely had any chicken in it and it definitely was skimpy!!!! Like why even sell that as a meal when it’s clearly a side dish. A small chins would be pleased but not an adult of any kind. At least my cheese was still a bit hot but nothing else was!!! I was very upset and I wouldn’t DARE order from here if I’m ever in this part of VA again. The picture of the bowl may seem like it’s a lot but that bowl is small and thin. My driver was very nice though.

This location went above and beyond. They missed part of my order but went above and beyond to fix it. The young man was honest with me as ti what happen and remade my food fresh. He was very personable and apologetic. Great staff

This is a spectacular store. The staff is extremely friendly and very good at their jobs. They are always smiling and happy and they do their jobs with pride. The food is always extremely fresh here and they most always get our order right. Great location and great people equals a great experience.

My chicken tender on my ranchero was so old and nasty
Staff doesn't care and the management is an absolute joke. Every time I give this taco bell a second chance it disappoints me.
Ownership are trash cans. Complete waste of money. Can't even keeps popular drinks fresh and in stock

I’m from Louisville Kentucky and was just passing through. My husband and I stopped for dinner and that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time! The young man Micheal ( I think that was his name) was doing three jobs at once. Drive thru , front counter, and trash. But he still made sure to stop and talk to customers and he was just really friendly. Give buddy a raise !! Anyway such a great experience
Not going to use a kiosk. I don't work for Taco Bell. Prices are too high.

I went through the drive through and ordered a 12 count soft taco half meat and cheese and other supreme with no tomato. I had to repeat that six times. Then the lady kept asking me over and over so I finally said I'll come in well went in and ordered the same thing. Then get my food and get home there all supreme with no tomato. Idk what's wrong with people these days but simple instructions can't be followed then you shouldn't be working the drive through or fast food.
