I’m from Indiana/Kentucky, and I have been to many taco bell’s in that area. I have never gotten food as good as I got here in Virginia! They LOADED my 3 cheese flatbread melts. I used to have to order at least 4 because the ones I’ve been to skimp out on the meat. Taco bell hillsville, please keep doing what you’re doing. I have never enjoyed a meal from you all as much as I did today. Thank you.update:yeah they suck just like every other taco bell. i’m done giving yall a chance. i asked for the same thing my 3 flatbread melts, i got maybe 4 pieces of chicken on each it was pitiful. i asked for light chipotle sauce and there was so much sauce on each they each soaked up an entire napkin to get off and i still couldn’t eat it. ridiculous. not worth the money ill make it at home

I was here at lunchtime, Torrey stood out because she went out of her way to make sure customers were taken care of as she was cleaning and stocking until the last second of her shift. I've been here before and she has always been diligent in her duties. I hope she is recognized by whoever signs her check. In fairness to her coworkers, everyone was "all hands on deck".

It is more often than not when we come through the drive-thru at this place we encounter an employee at the window who has an attitude or is very rude. They must hate working at this place. Is incredibly obvious that many of the employees working at this location do not like what they do and more than likely that trickles down from the top. It is very frequent that they get the orders wrong. More often than not actually. The inside of the restaurant as usually clean but that does not make up for the attitudes given to the customer starting at the drive-thru order menu. We have actually stopped going to this location since our last visit and began visiting other Taco Bell locations instead. This is the only location where we've had to deal with the rude and disrespectful staff members. They don't necessarily have to say anything out of the way it's all in the tone of their voice and their body language. Customer service training should be issued to employees every 3 to 6 months to make sure that they remember how to properly serve customers.

I just got home and went to get my food and we had a nacho fry box,soft taco and a large nacho fry. But when I got home it was missing half of the large fry and they were undercooked , the Chellupa was all lettuce with like two small pieces of cut up chicken and I didn't even have the taco at all. I don't know how the orders are checked but you may need to have a 2nd person look at it before it goes out missing things.
