I have been a long time customer with Pizza Hut in Hillsville,VA. I placed an order Wednesday, October the 2nd at around 7:00 and asked it to be delivered. I waited on it until 9 pm. I finally called them back, they said it had been put in as pick up. I had asked for it to be delivered because of high blood sugar, and didn't want to drive out. I ended up going out anyway and going to another place to get food. I went by Pizza Hut's drive through to get my money back or I would have spent nearly 45.00 for one night's meal. In today's economy and the rising prices on every thing. That's ridiculous. I'm a single person, the cost for one to eat is ridiculous and because of an INCOMPETENT, employee had half a** listened to what I ordered, and not even asked about a tip for the driver. Maybe some should take the time to listen to the customer, instead of getting back to their cell phone's to talk or check Facebook. There is no wonder the place is always dead and looks to be closed. I am very disappointed and will order elsewhere for a Pizza ..

I Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. For over two hours, so I Went to the store. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the drive through.
Ordered over 70 bucks worth of food for myself and staff where we work, went to pick up and pay, nobody at the window, staff outside smoking , overheard to have said to the other when they looked at the line of cars, “I don’t care” then after sitting another 10 minutes I decided I wasn’t paying 70 bucks for cold pizza and left. I will not be spending money at Pizza Hut again, the prices are already over priced and the food isn’t anything special so this just solidifies my choice to step away from this sinking food chain. It’s already been months since I gave them a chance before got cold pizza and wrong order items, I wouldn’t waste time with this bunch , especially this store. The entitlement of most of the food service workers anymore is making it way easier to walk away from chain restaurants and buy local.
Bit of a wait in their very busy drive thru but very much worth it!! I didn't catch the girl's name working the drive thru and I'm very sorry for that because she was super nice and friendly! Food was great too!!
I will not be going back it cost me 40.00 dollars. For the sorry service no tea in the place and no ice for your drink.
Checked website to see hours for Saturday night. Said they closed at 11. Drive up at 10:10 and saw two people scatter inside. Doors were locked. Will never try them again.

Took forever to get my food that I ordered online and then when I get it home it’s all over cooked and tastes old. Try calling to complain and get put on hold!
I stopped in for lunch during the recent flea market. It was a nice surprise to find the buffet available which I didn't expect. Since the flea market was going on, the buffet was available at other times than what is posted on the schedule. I was waited on right away, and the service and pizza were excellent. I have eaten here at other times in the past when visiting relatives and will do so again.
I am not a fan of Pizza Hut to begin with. To me, it's at the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to pizza chains. We went into Pizza Hut because that's all that we really could find other than some biker bar, when we arrived in Hillsville this weekend. We went in and the place was dead. We ordered our food and drink. The waitress was super nice, she was new. They did forget my crust enhancement but that wasn't the waitresses fault. The food was good. They did cut the breadsticks in half which I have never in my life seen at any pizza hut. That was very weird. Normally you get a long breadstick when you order them, but here they cut them up. That was strange. Overall it was a good experience. We were hungry and the food and service was good. Just the breadsticks were cut in half which was weird and the breadstick sauce was very cold. I hated that since I am use to warm breadstick sauce. Aside from the cost sauce, it was good.
My husband and I went to Hillsboro for a day trip to see the Labor Day Weekend flea market. We're not fans of carnival food, which was available everywhere. So as we we leaving we stopped at the pizza hut. First, manager and employees were loud either joking around or reprimanding newer people for mistakes. Second, Our waitress seated us and brought drinks and left. We waited a while, and look at her signal we were ready to order. She said she would be with us in a minute and then cleaned 2 tables. Third, when we first went in, I checked the buffet... 4 pizzas each with 2 dried up pieces left. The salad bar had an empty container with dried remnants of ranch dressing. I let the waitress that there was no ranch dressing. She told me to use the ranch dipping sauce packets. Why would you not remove the dirty container and ladle??? I realize that this is not a 5 Star establishment, but my gosh, pay attention to your guests.
Gotta love wings!
