I ordered two pizza from Domino's in the Hollins section of Roanoke. Excellent price, great service, and great parking area. This pizza location is the cleanest pizza place in Roanoke. I'm sure to visit it again soon.

I placed an order from another city for my parents in this location and paid using Apple Pay. Driver shows up at my parents stating the card didn’t go through because of a zip code issue. This is Dominos issue as I pay with Apple Pay for online purchases daily. Parents had to come out of pocket at the time of service for a gift that was prepaid for. Although I was able to send the money to them, this should have never happened. Tired of businesses screwing things up non stop.
I live right behind this Domino's and every time I go there it is fantastic. The service is excellent and everybody there is very polite every single time. By far the best dominos store I've seen and they deserve the recognition. From carryout, to delivery, to quality 5 stars to dominos on hollins rd

This is the second time I've ordered in a week. First time wrong order bought to me manager made it right. Tonight I ordered and I must say the disappointment in the quality of the food was enough to make sure I want be coming bk. The cheese dip was so thinnot like it use to be but my fury friend was happy as she got to eat it. The pasta was just simply nasty. Where's the beef sauce well where is the pasta and the sauce. I mean as a customer I choice who I will give my money to and I'll not be choosing Dominos anymore. The wings where good and this time I got the correct dressing which I'm sure I pd for last week I pd for it but n red very got it. Please if your manager would like to talk to me I'm open and available.. Have him contact me thru email and then we can exchange numbers.. I'm looking forward to a phone call because if what you are sending out is no better then what I'm getting please keep it.
