I placed an order for three pizzas on 08/26 for delivery. One of the pizzas had noticeably less cheese than expected, with most of the red sauce exposed. Since I regularly order from this location and have not had issues in the past, I requested a refund for just that one pizza ($10).
When I called the store, the employee I spoke with stated that he had made the pizza himself and that it was prepared correctly. I then asked for the national Domino’s customer support number, but was told that the store did not have it. After contacting Domino’s customer support directly, I was informed this was inaccurate.
When I called the store back with this information, I was told the pizza could be remade. I declined and requested to speak only with the manager, as the employee was extremely rude .

The food was ready when I got there like it said online. It was well made. Perfectly cooked the staff greeted me, they looked very busy! Parking was easy to access!

Ordered food and on the app showed up that the pizza was delivered but we didn’t have it , called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone was rude and not professional at all , we were telling him about it and he hung up on me 08/17/25 at 11:48pm . He needs to work on his customer service or just be replaced.

One thing about Domino’s is that they’re always reliable. I placed a quick order online, drove to the store, and only had to wait about five minutes before my order was ready and brought out to me. The service was fast and friendly, and my kids loved the pizza they were happy and full, which is a win in my book.

Usually the food and services are excellent however today was the exception. We waited 10 minutes past the time the app said our order was completed for curbside delivery. I had indicated we were there on the app and I had my flashers on. The pizza was not hot and the crust was burnt. I wish that I had not given a tip when I ordered.

I wish I could do a 0 star. Placed an order at 742 pm, called at 825 pm and they said they don’t even have the order on the tracker and about 50+ orders ahead of ours and would be 1.5 hrs. It didn’t show this on the app because since their update the damn app doesn’t work. Whoever I talked to cut me off and said it was cancelled and to have a nice night and hung up. Canceled an almost $40 order. I will NEVER order from them again!!!

I ordered two pizza from Domino's in the Hollins section of Roanoke. Excellent price, great service, and great parking area. This pizza location is the cleanest pizza place in Roanoke. I'm sure to visit it again soon.
