The “ toasted”bagels are usually cold. And if you ask for a bagel with butter they again dont cook the bagel but just slap raw butter onto of it.

I asked for a sprinkle donut and got no sprinkles, the bagel was burnt, and the hashbrowns were soggy. Not to mention they didn't have a good service attitude. I love dunkin but this was the worst experience I've ever had

They always get my drink right quickly! The staff is so nice and everyone knows my name and usual order. The plants inside are a great touch too!

First off no other customers were inside when we got there at 10AM. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns and a drink. The hash browns were 100% cold. The sandwich was also cold and the picture tells the bread story. 1 side of the bread was cooked & the other piece both sides were untoasted, picture #2&3 shows the untoasted slice, I flipped it to show both sides. Why is it so hard to understand that hot food should be hot & cold food should be cold. The sandwich taste was only a 2 out of 10. They really don't care here. Go elsewhere. As I said earlier we were the only customers inside yet when our food was ready the put it on the counter and called it out instead of walking an extra 4 feet to place it on our table.

I go here for my lunch break to get my coffee for the day. sometimes its made right but most times its not. More often then not they don't make the coffee according to what I order. They constantly forget the mocha and the sugar.

Terrible service today, I went in stood at the counter 5 minutes without asking to take my order so I had to order online, then they gave me my food still waiting on my drink while serving others and giving them food and drinks after me

The drinks are normally alright. I went this morning and it said open on Google, but they didn’t have their sign on and the doors were locked. I saw workers as I pulled in and as I walked up, they went to the back… so i left.

Haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts in years, so.it was disappointing when I went today and was served a cold, chemical-flavored donut. I literally had to spit it out.

This is genuinely the worst dunkin ive ever been to. I don’t even drink coffee like that so the last time I came here was a few months ago. It was terrible then. It was terrible the times before that. Idk if the employees just don’t gaf or they aren’t training right but yall need to make the drinks correctly. I got the PSL and it tasted horrible. My sister who goes to Dunkin (diff location) frequently said it wasn’t supposed to taste like that and that it was nasty. It literally just tasted like watered down coffee. I didn’t even drink it because it was so bad, usually I wouldn’t trip over like a $4 coffee but it’s the fact it’s been horrid the last few times I’ve come. Not just a one time incident.

I’m honestly disappointed. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ a few times hoping it would get better, but it just doesn’t. The service is consistently slow, and the staff seems disorganized and uninterested. I’ve had my order wrong more than once — missing items, cold coffee when I asked for hot, and stale donuts. Today was the last straw: I waited over 15 minutes for a simple iced coffee, only to receive the wrong size and flavor. If you’re in a rush or just want your order done right, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
