Just attempted to go here, states open at 6. Employees just walking in at 5 past 6 and locked door behimd them.

I had ordered a large frozen triple mocha a few minutes early on the Dunkin app to give the employees ample time to make it. When I was handed the drink the picture below was what I got. I hadn’t taken a sip and it was significantly under filled and had air pockets making it even more empty! I made a comment on it to the employee working the window and she said “have a good day” while turning away from the window, completely ignoring my dissatisfaction with a $6 drink. It isn’t made correctly either. I’ve had dozens of these and something critical is missing, I won’t be finishing the drink or returning to this Dunkin.

The food and frozen coffee is always great but the service not so much! I set in the drive-thru for 27 minutes total. 15 minutes at the speaker waiting to order and the other 12 minutes at the window waiting to receive my order. But! The lady was nice enough to give me an extra large because of my long wait!

This is a nice location except the drive through is to right for some of the vehicles I come through in. Pleasant staff and quick service. I grew up with Dunkin donuts in the 60s 70s so I'm a bit bias.

They put WAY too much sweetener in my coffee...I couldn't even drink it. Their espresso machine was down so no lattees. Donuts were good. Bathroom was clean enough.

This is not a typical Dunkin. I recently visited on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their baked goods and the display case they were in! Air conditioned, plenty of seating, and welcoming staff. I will be back!
We pulled in 45 minutes before close and were met with a locked door. We knocked on the glass for help and the worker just looked at us for a while then proceeded to disregard us. A different customer was in there just fine.

Google says the close at 8. I get to the store and the door says they close at 7. It was 15 min past 7 when I went. I didn’t read it at first so I tried to come in. I tried to open the door and the manager that was inside the store comes to the door and instead of opening and saying “hey I’m sorry we’re closed” she just knocks on the door and points to the hour signs and makes gestures. Very unpolite and very unprofessional. As it seems it’s not the only bad review on here, so maybe consider hiring a better manager and management team.

I received the wrong donut. It was supposed to be a custard filled, but I got a cream filled. Ordered a large coffee and received a med. The coffee was corrected, but I had already bit onto the donut and didn't want to throw it away in order to get the correct one. Generally speaking, the entire corporation is C student grade, so I shouldn't really expect anything better from the employees.

Cassidy who supposedly delivered my order and posted photo of where she left my order needs to be fired. This photo of a chair she left my order in is not in my building and there's not a chair like that on my floor. Look up my delivery instructions; says nothing about leaving my order on a chair
