Haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts in years, so.it was disappointing when I went today and was served a cold, chemical-flavored donut. I literally had to spit it out.

This is genuinely the worst dunkin ive ever been to. I don’t even drink coffee like that so the last time I came here was a few months ago. It was terrible then. It was terrible the times before that. Idk if the employees just don’t gaf or they aren’t training right but yall need to make the drinks correctly. I got the PSL and it tasted horrible. My sister who goes to Dunkin (diff location) frequently said it wasn’t supposed to taste like that and that it was nasty. It literally just tasted like watered down coffee. I didn’t even drink it because it was so bad, usually I wouldn’t trip over like a $4 coffee but it’s the fact it’s been horrid the last few times I’ve come. Not just a one time incident.

I’m honestly disappointed. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ a few times hoping it would get better, but it just doesn’t. The service is consistently slow, and the staff seems disorganized and uninterested. I’ve had my order wrong more than once — missing items, cold coffee when I asked for hot, and stale donuts. Today was the last straw: I waited over 15 minutes for a simple iced coffee, only to receive the wrong size and flavor. If you’re in a rush or just want your order done right, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

They were absolutely wonderful. There were only two girls working and was busy and got everything done very quickly.
Just attempted to go here, states open at 6. Employees just walking in at 5 past 6 and locked door behimd them.

I had ordered a large frozen triple mocha a few minutes early on the Dunkin app to give the employees ample time to make it. When I was handed the drink the picture below was what I got. I hadn’t taken a sip and it was significantly under filled and had air pockets making it even more empty! I made a comment on it to the employee working the window and she said “have a good day” while turning away from the window, completely ignoring my dissatisfaction with a $6 drink. It isn’t made correctly either. I’ve had dozens of these and something critical is missing, I won’t be finishing the drink or returning to this Dunkin.
