What’s needed at this Starbucks is better barista training and classes in basic manners and respectful behavior for store managers. The manager, who doesn’t understand the importance of properly prepared foam in espresso drinks, foolishly escalated my rejection of the ill-made espresso drink to the level at which I took a refund, never to return to this pathetic excuse for a coffeehouse.

I go here all the time and it is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The baristas are all extremely friendly (especially Bri) and provide excellent service. The seating is nice inside as well as outside- love that they made the outside patio an all-season area with heaters and fans and such. If I had to say one downside about the place is the parking situation- very small parking lot and I constantly see people with trailers trying to park in here and in-turn plug up the parking lot because there is nowhere to turn around. I know there is an empty lot next to starbucks- maybe one day there could be an expansion to the parking lot for these types of people with larger vehicles? If not, maybe just some signage or something to avoid traffic backups in the parking lot.
Parking: If you have a RV, trailer, or camper, please don't park in the parking lot. It is really hard to turn around and the spots are not big enough. Please park on Friendship road and walk in.

Nice place well arranged with a comfortable seating inside and a lovely area to sit outside with heaters in the winter and nice breeze in summer Stuff are friendly with the regular Starbucks beverages and menu, Wi-Fi and good parking area Four stars : . the place needs attention to Cleaning , . Music is z spirit of z place needs attention too.
Will see my next visit if it’s the five stars ?
Kid-friendliness: The place is kid friendly. You can bring your kids specially in the outside area but of course there is no special kids area. So if you bring your kids, you have to watch out for them .

Very nice and quiet location and staff is amazing. They were very friendly and respectful.Unfortunately, the food here is really bad. All menu options contain animal body parts or secretions, and there are simply no cruelty-free or environmentally friendly options available.Most sandwiches contain pig or cow body parts. As a biomedical and food scientist who investigates animal farms and has witnessed the cruelty behind the scenes, I'm disheartened by the absence of good food here. Egg-laying chickens and dairy cows are also inevitably killed once they become unprofitable. Male calves and chickens, unprofitable for the dairy and egg industries, are also slaughtered. Additionally, egg and dairy are prevalent ingredients in most foods served here.This critique is not a reflection on the staff, who are great. However, the food quality is severely lacking, and customers are not provided with the option to avoid supporting animal cruelty, environmental issues, and foods that contribute to pandemics.I'm glad that they offer oat and soy milk!
It's one of the Roanoke VA area's newer Starbucks. And with all the others' around here the staff is always fantastic to deal with. One person in particular named Bri, worked at another Starbucks I go to. But seeing her at this new place was great! She always remembers my complicated order, and makes time to catch-up. The other staff there always go out of their way to remember your name and order too. ALWAYS a bright spot in my day.

Drove through drive-thru with our doggie. Our drinks and food we ordered were delicious. The gentleman inside was very nice and offered to make us a pup cup, which the dog devoured quickly.

So when this location first opened it was amazing, however figured out they had blue hill Starbuck employees working at this new location! Now that they are no longer working there it is terrible! My coffee is very specific it took me a long time to master my drink and I pay over 9 dollars for my one coffee! Venti vanilla cold brew light ice, 12 pumps vanilla syrup in total, extra sweet cream foam, carmel drizzle on cup and top! It’s only come out correct twice! Please bring blue hill employee back till they figure this store out!
