I usually get a Chai tea latte and they are usually good. This time It was not very hot. It was just lukewarm. Ruins the latte. I hope it gets better next time.

Last night one of my friends was meeting with the justice of the peace at this location to get legally married and fill out the paperwork. The manager who was working in the lobby saw what was going on and gave my friend and his new bride a lovely wedding gift with some coffee and a mug! It was so nice and just a gesture that went above and beyond. Thank you so much Christopher! You made our night!

Coffee shop looks good but one girl in the shop was so rude when i asked about my coffee as it was not at all tasting like a Latte. Her manager came sorted out though. As per my opinion, they need to train their staff how to behave / give responses to the customers .

Worst coffee ever! It was so watered down. They bearly used any beans to make it. The person taking my order was also opening boxes and unable to answer my questions and got the order wrong. I usually love Starbucks so this is definitely a locational problem.

Well-prepared espresso beverage one day, but belligerent incompetence the next from another barista of four year’s experience, who first prepared brewed coffee for an espresso order and then can’t make and doesn’t want to learn to properly prepare foam. What’s needed at this Starbucks is better barista training and classes in basic manners and respectful behavior for store managers. The manager, who doesn’t understand the importance of properly prepared foam in espresso drinks, foolishly escalated my rejection of the ill-made espresso drink to the level at which I took a refund, never to return to this pathetic excuse for a coffeehouse.

I go here all the time and it is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The baristas are all extremely friendly (especially Bri) and provide excellent service. The seating is nice inside as well as outside- love that they made the outside patio an all-season area with heaters and fans and such. If I had to say one downside about the place is the parking situation- very small parking lot and I constantly see people with trailers trying to park in here and in-turn plug up the parking lot because there is nowhere to turn around. I know there is an empty lot next to starbucks- maybe one day there could be an expansion to the parking lot for these types of people with larger vehicles? If not, maybe just some signage or something to avoid traffic backups in the parking lot.
Parking: If you have a RV, trailer, or camper, please don't park in the parking lot. It is really hard to turn around and the spots are not big enough. Please park on Friendship road and walk in.
