Usually we order and have it delivered with no issues. Even at the pick up window we don't mind waiting 10-15. But tonight I called because our order didn't arrive on time (almost an hour after ordering). 30 minutes go by the original delivery time and I call, I was told it just came out of the oven and they have one driver who is backed up. Cool, which excuse is it?! I don't mind waiting, even if they were behind just be honest. Or even give a courtesy call ??♀️

My daughter and I go after school all the time to get ice cream! It’s the best and the staff is super nice. Not embarrassed to say that sometimes it’s so good we go back for seconds!

Food isn't very good and be assured the orders are always wrong and charged the wrong price. The employees need to be trained and get those nasty boys out of the kitchen!!!

If negative stars were a thing then I would be giving this store one. They are incompetent, and unreliable. I ordered online over an hour ago.. sent my fiance to get it around the 830 pick up time just for him to spend AN HOUR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. THEY THEN LOST MY ORDER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND GAVE EXCUSES AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON. It is now almost 10pm... They did nothing to try to make the situation right. absolutely terrible service, and I will never order from here again nor suggest anyone to that location. get better staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
