My family and I came in later in the evening. And we were assisted by Destiny W. She was very pleasant and helpful. She was courteous and provided awesome customer service! Good customer service is hard to find now!

Went last Sunday, drive thru was backed up. Had to wait to order but I understood as it was busy. Chicken was delicious and crispy, biscuit fresh and tasty.

Writing this review as we've been waiting 25+ minutes for a couple biscuits, potato rounds, and a single drink. Two other cars have come through the drive through and left before us. No customers inside. 8pm on a Friday... I don't think we'll waste time here again. Update: food arrived close to the half hour mark. Ice was completely melted in drink (yay watery iced tea) but food was hot. Not coming back.

i was waiting and they were arguring inside of the restruant so i cawrled out my car and went into the drive thru window and jumped in i took out my nerf gun and started blasting BOW BOW BOW BOW then i grabbed some biscuts and thru it at them EVERYONE WAS SCREAMING WHILE I LAUGHED HAHAHAHA thoose little maggots shouldnt have took 7 mins to make my food AS IF I CAN WAIT THAT LONG >:c

Every time I go to this location the service is severely slow and my order is thrown together any kind of way. Today, I ordered the same order as usual (country ham egg and cheese on hamburger bun combo)sandwich was made on a biscuit and it was out the wrap in the bottom of the bag. Country ham again, was cooked like bacon in the fryer instead of the grill. Bo Rounds were old even after being told to pull forward and wait 5 minutes which turned into 18 minutes. It is highly disappointing with the high cost of food at All restaurants, to have to pay for continuous crappy service, cold food, followed by food just thrown together and prepared any kind of way. This restaurant constantly sacrifice quality, service, and preparation. What bothers the most is how can you sacrifice preparation of the food when it’s their own recipes and what are the managers managing when this happens consistently every single day.. Do better!!

There was an itty bitty roach on the counter. C'mon guys. That was a turn off.. hard to feel good about eating after that.
First time at a BoJs.. will try a different location..
The sausage biscuits were fresh and warm. The service was somewhat slow going through the drive-through. But all in all, it's still very good food

I asked for my food to be cooked fresh. Waited 20 mins people that cane after me got their food. I go inside and my food is still not prepared. The manager never apologized . He acted like I did just waste my time. These bojangles are beyond terrible.

Stop at this location for the first time. Chicken and biscuits were awesome. Only issue was we got unsweetened tea when we wanted sweet tea. Nothing that we couldn't get some sugar and add to. But definitely the food was good highly recommend.
