Every time I go to this location the service is severely slow and my order is thrown together any kind of way. Today, I ordered the same order as usual (country ham egg and cheese on hamburger bun combo)sandwich was made on a biscuit and it was out the wrap in the bottom of the bag. Country ham again, was cooked like bacon in the fryer instead of the grill. Bo Rounds were old even after being told to pull forward and wait 5 minutes which turned into 18 minutes. It is highly disappointing with the high cost of food at All restaurants, to have to pay for continuous crappy service, cold food, followed by food just thrown together and prepared any kind of way. This restaurant constantly sacrifice quality, service, and preparation. What bothers the most is how can you sacrifice preparation of the food when it’s their own recipes and what are the managers managing when this happens consistently every single day.. Do better!!

There was an itty bitty roach on the counter. C'mon guys. That was a turn off.. hard to feel good about eating after that.
First time at a BoJs.. will try a different location..

The sausage biscuits were fresh and warm. The service was somewhat slow going through the drive-through. But all in all, it's still very good food

I asked for my food to be cooked fresh. Waited 20 mins people that cane after me got their food. I go inside and my food is still not prepared. The manager never apologized . He acted like I did just waste my time. These bojangles are beyond terrible.

Stop at this location for the first time. Chicken and biscuits were awesome. Only issue was we got unsweetened tea when we wanted sweet tea. Nothing that we couldn't get some sugar and add to. But definitely the food was good highly recommend.

Very bad customer service. Rude staff. They locked all doors and a customer was standing outside while it’s pouring asking about their order and an employee ignored the customer and shut the door on their face and told them to come around the corner. They told us the same thing even though we had mobile pick up order.

The food was good the service was not. I ordered my food and waited and waited and waited and that happens but the person was just about to put my food on the tray when someone snatched it out of his hand and put it in her bag and started drive in take priority The sandwich was 3 inches from being mine and I ordered before the car was ever in the drive-through. ( I took the time to come in) , it took them five minutes to remake my food I was not happy at all. The attitude of the drive-in person completely ruined my breakfast.
If I could leave a negative review I would, I went in to go pick up a DoorDash order and the women up front started screaming at me for my initials and all I had said was I was here for a DoorDash order, she was so rude that when I got back out to the car I told my fiancé that we would never come back in there, I was so upset I was physically shaking. Like I said, if I could leave a negative five for that alone I would!

Kelsey, who took my order was very sweet. I am appreciative to her. As someone with dietary restrictions, she walked me through their process and went out of her way to assure me that there was no cross contamination. Thank you Kelsey!

The girl was nice. The guys in the back could care less about cussing in front of toddlers. Food was as expected probably wouldnt go back to the Hopewell location. But the young girl taking the order apologized to everyone for the guys being obnoxious. She was sweet.

Only ones inside and took a little long for supreme meals. Fries and biscuits very good. Supremes avg. Dirty rice was mush and no flavor.
