This place is hit and miss at tje most! I live directly across the street and when my husband ca.e home the fries were literally COLD! WHY do these places think you gonna pay for food and just eat it when it's not right? Maybe I should go serve them a cold lunch on their break. This really burns me up as a consumer.

Came through, drive through asked for 2 honey mustard wraps. Let's put it this way, microwaved, food is NOT OKAY. THE FAJITA WRAP WAS OVERCOOKED AND TOUGH TO EAT. Lettuce and tomato wilted. Chicken overcooked. And after burning my lip, it took me ten minutes to eat it because it was too hot. Usually I like these wraps, but because of this experience.I will never order it again

They are very nasty I bite into my sandwich just to bite into a date dot and then when I asked for a refund the suppose to be headman of franchise tells me to bring food from last night back to the store that’s nasty no restaurant is supposed to take back food that’s been passed out trifling but okay I said I don’t never wanna eat from there again he said well I need my receipt to do a refund but he knows they don’t give out receipts at all never so I told him he can look at the time I was there and pull up my receipt he lies and says the system don’t work that way so when yall don’t give a customer their receipt and they ask for it how do yall go back and look for it? Yall can keep that $33.14 I will never ever eat there again don’t non work drinks water down they never have tea made just need to be closed down at night pitiful

Waited 10 minutes before any one acknowledged or took our order. Food was nasty..Burger was not char broiled, more like boiled.. Old lettuce ..rust color...old rotten tomatoes .. cold, inedible fries!! I dont know what they did to the fries but we had to immediately spit them out!.. steer clear! The worse Burger King I've ever been to!! It was loud! You could hear ever order coming thru the drive-thru..like it was being broadcasted thru the entire restaurant!!!

My mom and I were going here to pick up our food, but we had our minds change instead of Chick-fil-A, we just got two Frozen Fanta drinks, fries, and a Whopper hamburger.
Manager was rude. Food was overpriced. Don’t waste your time. Got the dragon meal combo online was advertised at 13.99 it was about $19-20. Basically buying the meal and the sides a la carte.

I had an issue with my drive-thru order a couple of weeks ago (sandwich made incorrectly, didn't get desired side), manager Damien was quick to issue a refund along with a coupon to return for a free combo. When I returned 4/21/25 Damien was on shift again, and he and Joanna delivered my correct order with great customer service.
