I had an issue with my drive-thru order a couple of weeks ago (sandwich made incorrectly, didn't get desired side), manager Damien was quick to issue a refund along with a coupon to return for a free combo. When I returned 4/21/25 Damien was on shift again, and he and Joanna delivered my correct order with great customer service.
The food is always hot and fresh. They never mess up my order. The people who work there are always so freaking nice dude, like more nice than most fast food places around here. I know it’s just a Burger King but my lord, I really love them lol

As much as I hate to admit it, Burger King is probably my favorite among all the fast food empires. However it is starting to slip. This location has not let me "Have It My Way" too many times to mention. No catsup doesn't seem like a chore to me considering BK made it's name letting the customer choose what they want on their sandwiches. Anyway, I still risk it and eat there hoping that who ever the cook is isn't in a stressful mood. LOVE those whoppers!!!
