Everyday trying to get a order delivered from store in Hopewell Virginia good luck can never get a delivery out of that store in Hopewell never have a delivery driver guess the manager doesn't know how to schedule people or hire anyone in that store always don't have a delivery driver until after 6 pm Use to be a great store don't know what happened hiring lazy and rude people is not great for business

Worst experience ever ordering food. The first time I was told they can’t take $100 bills because they have no change! Understandable but this but then they call back 20 mins later and tell me they can make change. I declined because I was hungry 1 hr ago now today they bring me a personal pan pizza and 7 wings for 37.60. The wings are cold and unseasoned and sauce is only on the foil my delivery driver was sweet but I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN AND THE BBB is notified so get your building in order. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional I order my food 14 mins before it arrived how is it cold. Seems intentional

This location is the WORSE place for Dashers. Service is terrible. I went to pick up an order, I was told by the old guy that the order was not ready, after waited 10 minutes for the order they said it’ll take 15+ minutes for the order. The employees were on their phone texting and taking while I was waiting. It makes no sense. They are very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. I’ve never waited so long for an order before. Smh!

I ordered my order through DoorDash. I ordered a 10 inch Hawaiian pizza a Greek salad and some cinnamon knots what I received was a 10 inch Hawaiian pizza a Greek salad and knots that are plain nothing on it no cinnamon, no sugar and a little tiny tub of marinara sauce, and some greasy garlic sauce, it’s not what I ordered when I called the store. The very rude person on the phone told me that I better not get smart with him. I better not have an attitude and then he hung up on me. I wouldn’t order anything from them, especially for delivery order. I think they’re customer service sucks and if the owner of the store wants to call me and speak with me, you’re more than welcome, but I will never order from your company and I will post this on all social media about how horrible I was treated because your employees gave me the food that I did not order and I did not deserve that treatment that I got over the phone
