Very cute and nostalgic atmosphere. The employees have outstanding customer service and are pretty quick with getting orders done. Overall the Colonial Heights Dairy Queen location is a great place for getting some ice-cream with friends or family. 😁💙

Twice I got a banana spilt and twice was more bananas in it then anything hardly and ice cream, befor when you ordered a banana split you got three scoops of different flower ice cream now your lucky if you get one like I said there’s more bananas then anything ya a shame the container’s were bigger and you got three scoops of ice cream no more banana splits for me there ruining the business the owner hires these high school kids half of them just want a pay check that’s all and on top of that the splits went up almost 2.00 they might learn when people stop buying banana splits !

I've eaten here a couple times this month. This is the best Dairy Queen I've been too. I will drive the 35mins to eat here. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is friendly. I'm very impressed. Keep it up guys, you are rocking this place!

I showed up to an empty shop that smelled heavily of weed. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came to take my order. The girl who did was talking to someone in her AirPods the whole time. I ordered, texted with my husband while I waited, took my order and left without paying much attention. I ordered a mint Oreo blizzard. I got back to my room with a mint chip blizzard, only about half mixed. It has been a long weekend with more travel ahead and I don’t have the energy to go back and ask them to fix it- and given the melted ice cream in a cup and the browned mushy half banana and toppings mess all over the counter I probably shouldn’t have ordered to begin with. But I did, and it was a wreck.
