Ordered pizza at 8:33 pm and received confirmation email showing pizza would be 68 to 78 minutes. Checked tracker at 9:50 to show order was cancelled. Never received a phone call from the store and sat here waiting for a pizza to arrive that was never apparently even being made. Called store right after seeing order was cancelled, sat on hold listening to a voice recording for 12 minutes before I hung up. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING
Mushroom and chicken pizza. 4 slices without mushrooms. Wtf?!? Had 2 other pizzas as well.
Those toppings were ok. HOWEVER. All 3 pizzas were undercooked ! Look at the crust. Is white as hell. Like raw!
Ordered 2 pizzas last night at approx 8:50 pm. Pizzas arrived after 10:30. Both pizzas were room temperature. Order was placed through the app and defaulted to the Hopewell location. No idea why that location as there is a Domino’s 3 miles away. We did a “claim” through the pizza insurance link and it gave us an offer of 60 points (free pizza as long as you’re a rewards member) or 50% off our next order. Seriously? How about a refund?
