Abysmal. Order incorrect and I even went into the store immediately after placing the order to ensure that it would be correct. It was not correct, and since they close the takeout lobby at 10, I couldn't get back in. I'm done with this location. Automation is an amazing thing. You should try it.

They gave us the wrong pizza! I actually live roughly a 5 minute drive away from this location, granted, I didn’t realize they were so close by and would’ve driven over there instead. It was roughly 9-9:30 pm when my order arrived, which in itself wasn’t much of an issue. The delivery guy was very friendly and nice when he pulled up. I got a few items from this place and my main concern was the pizza. I ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce and Chicken and I did get that, WITH pretty much EVERY other topping I DIDNT ask for. At first I just was bummed out and thought that since they were nearby, I could just give them a call and it would’ve been a quick fix, but that is not what happened. When I called, it put me through the series of little ads it has before ringing to call the store itself (this is important), when it finally went through a lady on the other side asked how she could help me, I explained the situation to her. All she said to me was, “Oh” and then I think she said “hold on”? but i’m not too sure because it was hard to hear her even with speaker on max. She then proceeded to put me on hold for 5-10 minutes, and throughout these 5-10 minutes all I hear over and over are the stupid Ad’s that were repeating from before the phone call. I didn’t hear a single thing back from her. I was hungry, tired and kind of over it. I ended up hanging up the call because I kind of felt like they left us on hold on purpose? Yes I probably could’ve been a little more patient and it could easily not be the case and that they were just busy. But I just found it kind of weird otherwise. It was my boyfriends first time trying domino’s and I was super excited to get him to try it, only for it to kind of just be “okay.” Something I do want to say on the side is that we also got a few other items, one of them including the 5 cheese dip. They barely gave less than an inch of the actual cheese dip to the point where after 1 dip you could immediately see the bottom of the tray. I also thought that was kind of disappointing since it’s one of my favorite items. I probably just won’t be ordering from this location again unless I go specifically in person.

We don't normally eat dominos bc the pizza just isn't good. However, we had to try to the viral steak, bacon, and garlic parmesan pizza. It was delicious! The second pizza we got was a pepperoni and marinara and it was so-so. They could improve their customer service at this location though. I ordered carside pickup due to the uptick in COVID cases and she dang near through the pizza boxes in the car! Dang girl! We didn't schedule you to work Saturday night 😆

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:30, my order just arrived at 10:30, I've been calling the store since 9 o'clock and no one will answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The delivery guy ask if I still wanted the order, Yes of course I do, my account has been charged for it!!!
Did I mention both pizzas were cold....

Never got the pizza, the app said they delivered it, we don't have it, no one answers phone, we dispute the charge with PayPal to get our money, and don't order from here, is a scam

Ordered 3 pizzas at 8:15 pm..it is now 10:00 pm and I still have not received my order absolutely ridiculous!!! Called Leah the manager and she said it’s on its way..it was taken out of the oven at 9:04 pm. WTH!?!? It’s been on its damn way for an hour!?!? If I could rate it a zero I would!

Absolute worst service I have ever had. I had the gentleman at the counter cuss at me because we waited 40 minutes for sandwich and I told him never mind. I didn’t want it because they had not even started it yet. Never will I ever waste my hard earned money in a location like this

Ordered here twice and had a horrible experience both times. Only ordered the second time to redeem a free pizza. They take over two hours to deliver a cold pizza.

Ordered a New York style pizza, I didn't get a New York style pizza. I ordered 2 garlic dips, didn't get those either. If you can't follow what the customer orders, maybe you need to retrain or hire people that know what they are doing.

Places two orders for delivery which were both canceled by email 20 minutes after placing. Attempted to call the store like the email said, and the phone just rang. Tried calling 3 times and phone was never answered once.

The pizza I received tonight was very dry and overcooked. On top of that, I placed the order at 5pm and received it at around 710pm or so. Only to get an extremely dry and overcooked pizza. This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. I am not the only one leaving these types of reviews either. Management should see some of these reviews and have a better presence in that kitchen.
