FOOD AND SAFETY VIOLATION: I understand today is thanksgiving but lady shouldnt have an attitude about an order that SHE MESSED UP. I ordered a large iced matcha and received a latte. Took the drink back and SHE MIXED THE COFFEE LATTE WITH THE MATCHA. This is a huge NO especially in food services. Dunkin needs to fire her immediately. Putting my health at risk.

They really need to get it together....there's no way I'll ever place another order their again! They should learn what's on the menu before telling some lame bs...especially when I place a previous order and that previous order was correct... do better
Dunkin but you lost me as a customer!

It would be a five star rating because I never have issues with this location as far as service, speediness, or food out of stock, but it grinds my gears that they don’t put napkins in the bag. Donuts can get messy. Coffee can spill or drip. I don’t feel like I should have to ask for them. I wanted to ask for one yesterday but they closed the drive thru window immediately after I got my food At least give me one or two to wipe my fingers after eating. Sheesh.

This one location compared to the other ones in colonial heights and chester and anywhere even va beach, this hopewell location charges an arm and leg for coffee and god forbid you add expresso shots. $14 for a coffee is ridiculous.

Normal Dunkin Donuts, nothing out of the ordinary. Place is clean, just unusually expensive.

Coffee is the best part- they should stick with that. First time eating here and this is not the experience I had hoped for. Tried the $6 breakfast, the hash browns were soggy with oil and stuck to the wrapper. Croissant was hard to chew/ break. Bagel was not bad, but the egg and bacon had no flavor, even adding salt and pepper. Pumpkin loaf cake was made, then frozen, then thawed. Not the fresh pastry I hoped for. Scared to try to eat the doughnut and loaf cake.

Walked in to a cramped space with 3 other people in the line that is directly in front of the door and had no room to move around without getting extremely close to a stranger. Was trying to find the menu of what donuts they had available and how much they cost but that menu wasn't up on the screens or doesn't exist. After asking about a menu I was told what you see is what we got. I still don't know the price of any of the donuts or what is on/in some of them. Could have been a dollar a donut or it could have been ten dollars a donut but I'll never know because of the lack of a donut menu and the lack of help from the works.

This place has a solid breakfast and amazing milkshakes. My favorite is Reese cups and coughing dough.... it's the best.

Clean, quick, friendly. The most expensive Dunkin’ I have ever been to- including Atlanta airport, Dallas hart field and many tourist towns…I order Dunkin’ more days then not except when I am home and only have this location to order from just because of the price increase.
Today I spent some of my rewards points on an iced latte with extra shot in it. They gave me iced coffee. Not one time did I hear the espresso machine. To say I’m not happy is a bit of an understatement.
The last time I ordered my bagel from there the lady preparing food was watching tv of some sort on an iPad propped up behind a cake menu book and handed me my bagel with a cup of cream cheese instead of on the bagel as ordered…
Anyone have the corporate number for Dunkin??

I don’t understand how I pay a different price for the same coffee every time I go through here.
They charge triple amount per item. This is the only dunkin that does this and my guess would be because it’s right off post. There is a dunkin 10 minutes away that is cheaper and better.
Baby, this Dunkin charges about $2-3 more than other Dunkins in the area. And to make matters worse, they never have the donuts we want. It is way too expensive.
