I am grateful for their hospitality. I was greeted wonderfully as a first-time customer. I got pansit, lumpia, sinigang, egg pie, and gintaang bilo-bilo. I also bought Nova at Instant Cup Noodles. I highly recommend their delicious menu. I even featured them on TikTok (@garciaexur). 😋💯
Very friendly and food is delicious!!!
Delicious Filipino cuisine. Everything we had was excellent & everyone at EJ’s was kind and helpful. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you!
I am happy that there is a Filipino restaurant just a few minutes from my workplace. After a long 10 hour shift, I am sure hungry and want a meal that can fill me up. This place did not disappoint and I got filled with delicious Filipino food like lechon kawali (crispy fried pork belly), lumpia, and rice. They even gave me pancit and buko pandan dessert. Everything was so great tasting and the order portion was so big that I was able to have the other half for the next day's lunch. Highly recommended!

It's absolutely amazing!!! I have been looking for a Filipino spot for a long time. Over 4 years since returning from Korea and enjoying an amazing spot there. The food was served quick. Great customer service. Thank you all so much!!! Pancit and lumpia. I can't get enough!!!

Positive first experience at Hopewell’s new Filipino restaurant!
Food: delicious, flavorful, authentic. We enjoyed classic pancit, lumpia, and two types of lechon (kawali, sisig). Everything was fresh and hot.
Tip: for the combos, it’s rice or pancit so make sure you specify which one (board listed entree + rice + pancit). Not a big deal and they made it right, so this tip is just to prevent confusion.
Service: friendly. Everyone was helpful with good, hard-working attitudes.
Tip: you order first at the counter and then pick your own seat.
They have filtered water in addition to boba.
We highly recommend them for quality food! We’re happy to see how they’ve expanded from a store and food truck to an actual restaurant. Support local!

My parents and I went here today and the food was great! Everything tasted delicious and freshly cooked. We were familiar with the store but didn't know they had just opened the bistro next door. I'm so glad they did because I can get Filipino food and desserts so close to my house! The menu varies weekly and there were a bunch of desserts looks like freshly made in their kitchen as well. The people working there were friendly as well and the restaurant itself is charming with its authentic Filipino decor and plates and bowls that our food came in. The prices are decent especially with the amount of food they offer. Another plus is that they serve boba and halo halo! We will definitely be back again soon!

Just ate here for lunch and it honestly made me miss my mom’s home cooked meals. The food is deliciously authentic and I finished everything and some dessert. Recommend kare kare and their chicken adobo. Staff is kind and the whole restaurant has that Filipino aesthetic. Highly recommended and will come back more while I’m in Virginia.

This place is the real deal! Absolutely authentic Filipino cuisine! The food is fantastic and traditional. It’s the same thing you’d truly get in the great country. Definitely a must visit for troops coming to Fort Lee or those looking for a new dining experience. They offer traditional meals as well refreshers and desserts. The interior is cute and I believe they might do Karaoke.

LOVE IT!!!! The only Filipino Restaurant in ALL of the central Virginia, Richmond area (40+ mile radius). 8.5 miles from I-95. 4.5 miles from I-295. Next door is EJ's Filipino Store for quick shopping after you eat.The food is excellent and there is always a WIDE variety of foods and desserts. It is a great place to bring my wife to and connect with all the visitors from her home country. We love it!!!❤️
