I ordered a big bag with a chicken wrap, and the overpowering taste of lighter fluid (for lack of better term) was horrible. I dumped the whole meal.

I saw on the website that if your order a ham and Swiss bag you can get a two double cheeseburger bag for a dollar more. When I said that to the drive thru person she didn't say anything and charged me a full price on the second bag. I would like a refund or you need to take that off the website.

Stopped in today around 1730 there were 3 people I could see in the restaurant working. Stood at the front counter for 5 minutes with no one to take my order. As someone that has 20+ years in the restaurant business this is poor customer service.

Hardee's has some of the best chicken tenders. They have a crunch and aren't soggy like some other chains. However, they skim on the fries, not just in amount but in size. Sometimes, you get fries the size of a one-year-old finger. They have to do better.

Everything i get a burger, the bread is hard. Other than that, everything else is good. Especially the hot dogs.

I ordered two burgers, I repeated the order 4 times to the lady to get my order. I ended up getting only patty cheese and a bun. I'm never ordered from hardess again! Chick-fil-a never once messed up my order and there service is amazing!

The last couple of times I ordered from here I had old biscuits. The last time I actually went back to the store and got a refund. I feel they are understaffed and just don’t care. I ordered online and the guy said he didn’t see my order. So I drove up and the young lady at the window saw my order clearly. She DESERVES A RAISE. The guy just didn’t care…and she was working the hardest! It still took too long however. 30 minutes because you kinda are trapped in the drive through after you enter the line. They need am upgrade all around. New building etc

I ordered just a Frisco burger and a drink in the drive thru. I was asked to pull up for 1-2 minutes to wait on my burger. I pulled up and sat for 10 minutes while other cars got their food and went on. O went inside to inquire about my burger and was met with attitude and the crew yelling back and forth about people waiting for orders. I stood there waiting for a few more minutes while they made my burger and got no apology for the wait whatsoever. When I asked for my receipt, I was again given attitude. It was such a simple order and the expectation was to get it quickly in the drive thru. Instead, the wait and the service were awful. I won't use this location again. There was also a dirty mop bucket sitting in the entrance.
