Absolutely horrible. This is the second time in about a week that I’ve been there stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Nobody said can I help you or anything second time I have gotten frustrated and just walked out. Nobody even acknowledged that I was there and I was standing At the counter for 15 minutes last time was about 20 minutes. Nobody never said anything.

I placed my order on the KFC app. App said order would be ready in 10 minutes. I got to the restaurant in 15 minutes. Was told my order was not ready and it would be a little while longer. I wound up waiting over 50 in the store for my 8 piece family meal. So total wait time for the meal was 65 minutes. Unacceptable. Then I get home & the meal came with 2 large sides & I only had one. I will definitely not be going back. SMH. The one positive was that the food was delicious.

Brought a family size meal pack. Service was quick. The biscuits tasted bland and gummy and the chicken was good but not like the KFC I remember. Did not have any of the secret spices which made it KFC. Good but plain just like any other fried chicken anywhere else

Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Everything I ordered was TERRIBLE!! this place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Chicken and fries were WAYYY OVERCOOKED, the bread was doughy and not done. The slaw felt as if it had been someone else’s leftovers. I asked for no ice in my drink and got a cup full of ice and then they charge 32 cents for sauce…. Allll this chicken and charging me for sauce?!?! This is the only location that has done that! I like KFC but I DONT recommend this location to ANYONE!!!!!!!!

Food was decent but had staff members standing by front door smoking with gloves on.. Why would you not remove them to smoke if u didnt plan on continuing to use them to serve food???? ? used gloves sitting on the counter by register on customer side.. tables were dirty. This is a paycheck collector type place. They don't care how it looks ect..
they are just there to get a pay check..

Ordered the special 8 piece chicken meal and got it home for my kids and they only put 6 pieces of chicken in the bucket. Being that it has been 2 hours and really angry that I have to count the chicken before I leave the restaurant. Definitely an eye opener for this restaurant.

Not happy about spending 25 minutes in a drive-thru line. The person taking my order and taking the money did great. He was kind and even saved me money by telling me of a special that I didn't know about. But let me add this did bit. While I was ordering, I asked him to take something off, because I didn't realize how expensive the item was. I said, sorry, I didn't realize it was going to be that much. And I'll just take the 8 piece. We'll, then someone else jumped on the mic and said "well the prices are on the menu board that you're looking at". There wasnno need for the sparky comment. I wasn't mad at the price, I just simply asked them to remove an item. So I told her it was my fault, I didn't see it on the board. I suspect it was the manager that got on there saying that. Because tue young man taking my order was nice as could be. Then I was told to pull around to the front to wait for my order. A very basic order of 8 piece crispy (no sides). When I pulled around, there was already 4 or 5 cars in front of me. I placed my order at 5:18pm and received my order at 5:41pm. And quite honestly, the actual service wasn't that bad. I suspect it was in part to do with lack of staff. And I'm not upset with the people that did show up to work. Hopefully, management can get a handle on things to improve drive thru times. Then to top it all off, the chicken was not all that good. Normally I LOVE KFC food. But it was definitely missing something that day. It will be a long time before I go back to this one.

Parking: The parking lot is small and cramped up. Even moreso when drive thru customers are asked to pull around to wait for their order. Customers parking to go inside had minimal room to maneuver into a parking spot.

Was told extra crispy would take 6 minutes. Waited 45. They kept telling me 6 more minutes. Almost done. Meanwhile they steady handing chicken out the drive thru .oh that's right. Drive thru times affect thier job. So screw lobby customers, right?
