I ordered my food at 6:16 I was told they only had white meat so I asked for 2 breast and a wing, they fix people orders that ordered after I ordered I waited for 25 minutes so I asked for a refund. I also let the so called manager know that he was taking people money with the same gloves on that he packed the food with he told me that he had tongues,I then told him he wasn't using them because I stood there and watched him pick up chicken with same gloves on. After I asked for a refund he hesitated to refund my money so I told him I was taking the food that was in the bag on the counter, he then went behind the food warmers and started to threaten me. He finally refunded me but he laid my money on the counter very unprofessional.

Long wait every single time whether there is people in the line or isn’t. Then you have to park around the front and wait at least 15 minutes more just to get the food they just told you they had because there’s stuff not available almost everytime i’ve came here. don’t know what yall got yall’s employees doing in there but it’s ridiculous waiting almost 40 minutes on fast food, not to mention almost everytime I’ve came

Absolutely rude. I was waiting for my order for over an hour, and they kept telling the dasher to wait with no explanation. Customer support was no help, and I was given a whole roundabout answer for the whole “wait until this time”. Don’t even bother with these people.

Hunnie!! Shout out to the afternoon team .I ordered from the drive thru! I had my food as soon as we pulled up to the window to pay.. everything was packed nice and neat!!! The food was hot!!! And the customer service was great she was very patient and kind!! Great job y'all👏👏👏👏 if they don't give y'all a raise in the near future get 2gther and create your own business!! The dedication and the drive is certainly there!!!

Went in today to pick up an online order and the woman on duty at 4:45 p.m. was very rude. I asked about an online order and sge said she didn't see it. I said I have a receipt and her response is i don't go by receipts. Now I understand the order should be on their screen. My only issue is her lack of courtesy. Lack of professionalism. If she is angry about something, which she seems to be, she shouldn't take it out in customers. A young man who was also there saw me waiting and asked politely what I needed and she cut him off with the same crappy attitude. When my order finally came through, she filled it called my name twice even though I was 4 ft. Away and handed me my food. I said thank you and her snide remark was uh huh. She needs retraining or a new job she wants to be at.

I stopped at KFC last night. I pulled up in the drive thru and it was no busy at all so I figure, this will be quick. Was it? Not at all I had to ask hello are you open. I sat there to long. No one said may I take your order or anything as I stated to pull off that when someone decided to ask if the could take me order. It's terrible I saw the employee through the window as I passed by. There were no customers on the inside. This KFC has terrible service. Each time I stop there I have had a bad experience. Either my food is old or I have a young person talk to me disrespectfully. It's awful. Maybe hiring people who want to work at 8 and 9 pm will help and better training to include manners would improve service. Please do better

This KFC needs to be under new management for so many reasons..
1.. When we pulled into the drive-thru nobody said anything so we waited for 20 minutes before we could pull to the window.
2. WHEN WE FINALLY got to the window the guy took the order didn't get everything we asked for n we had to wait to get our change
3.So we waiting and waiting for another 20 minutes no food.. drink or change.. they didn't come to window to say anything..
I finally had to come to window to ask for our money back
4. The manager would not come to the window and we had to go inside to get our money back...
Worse service EVER!!!!

Absolutely horrible. This is the second time in about a week that I’ve been there stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Nobody said can I help you or anything second time I have gotten frustrated and just walked out. Nobody even acknowledged that I was there and I was standing At the counter for 15 minutes last time was about 20 minutes. Nobody never said anything.
