Ordered my pizza and it took 45 min. I called to let the manager know that my fiance has been waiting in the store for over 30 min since we called it in. Don’t send the code saying it’s ready if it’s not. I asked why it’s taking so long and can someone get a discount off my next pizza and she screamed ‘No” very upset with her attitude. I said ok I’ll just leave a review. Manager was Caucasian..45min really

Very unprofessional employees, acting like theres a block party in the back, listening to head phones, no one manning the front argueing and cussing. Where the hell is the owner, probly doesnt give a crap anyways, no hot and readys available had to wait over 30 mints for it

It’s one thing for a place to be slow because they’re understaffed and overworked—and maybe they are understaffed (no one is at the register and you have to wait to even talk to someone), but this is more than that. I pre-ordered for an event and I placed yesterday to be sure it was ready not so soon it’d get cold and not so late that I’d be late. Not only was it not ready when I scheduled it for, but it was not even put into the oven until afterward. When I was speaking to them initially, they interrupted me and were very unfriendly. You can see the employees moving in the back incredibly slowly, and will notice people at the front and not acknowledge them—just ignore them and continue to move super slow. All the customers who were here behind me are expressing frustration like they’re stunned they’ve been here so long, and people are coming in after having left and come back a couple times with new updates every time.

Again, if the employees were communicative, friendly, and not slacking around in the back, I’d have plenty of empathy and understanding about my food being late. It’s the fact that they seem to care so little about anyone else’s time. Rude.

If I could give no stars i would! I ordered a large pretzel stuffed crust plain pizza and I got home and found it was a pretzel crust without being stuffed with cheese and it had pepperoni on it which allergic to and instead of giving me a credit they wanted me to drive another 20 mins back there to switch pizzas. They wouldn’t work with me at all. Pizza was trashed and I’ll never go there again!!
