I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich last night. And I asked him to add tomtoes and pickle. At that time, I didn't open it and didn't see it. It makes no sense anyway. I opened the drive-thru first I came home and saw a beacon in it that I never even touch. I went back to them and they gave me a sandwich with a beacon. But I forgot to take the sandwich with me. She told me that you ate your sandwich and now you came to get another one, lying. I still went home after a 20-minute drive to MC and brought a sandwich with a beacon in it. It was very bad and inferior because I paid 59 cents for barbecue sauce, but that bag was not worth it. This is April 26/2025 at 11 pm. I never come back mc I waste my time waste my money I wish I give zero star

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in some time. The staff is very friendly, which goes a long way in my book. Also, this was the fastest service that I’ve gotten at any fast food restaurant recently. On top of all that, the food was actually pretty good. The coffee is always pretty good at McDonalds, but my breakfast sandwich and tater tot were prepared well and quite tasty as well. Excellent work!

This place has gone way down hill since they got rid of the gm chris... went thru drive thru Could not hear a word the kid was saying like he was a mile away from the mic & when I could hear him couldn't understand what he was saying..who would of guessed my order was wrong so I had to go inside.it was one #2 combo nothing fancy or a big order... hash brown was cold & mushy along with my coffee being cold & tasted old/burnt... they need to bring back the dude chris if he's still with the company...

Place is horrible food was warm or cool to touch. Workers were rude/ joking when I was missing food out my order. Two workers had rather sit, eat, and laugh than see what my problem was. Then kept pointing to the drive thru that was already full of vehicles. I'm highly disappointed but I had expected it coming from Hopewell.

I'm starting to believe all the low ratings. I have came here different times. And each time there has been a problem with the food. Once I ordered a double quarter pounder for my wife and when she took the first bite, she spite it out cause the meat was still raw. When it took it back and showed the manager on duty, I got nothing but a new one made. No sorry about that or ill make sure that doesn't happen again. Now this morning my boys and myself before school go and get breakfast. The hashbrown was not fully cooked and the orange juice is watered down to where you don't taste orange juice, and I love mcds orange juice and this is nasty.
The ambiance here is truly delightful and inviting. Soft music plays in the background, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The decor is tastefully chosen and adds to the overall charm. It's a pleasure to spend time in such a well-designed space. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing this wonderful place for yourself.

Breakfast is the only time to come here. Lunch is a disaster. Empty drive thru and told to pull around for a single sandwich and fries. Then they left off the fries when they brought the bag out! Had to pull back around, and the window operator was clueless. Did I have my reciept? No, because with it being a mobile order you told me to pull around straight to the second window at the start of all of this! Get your operations in order!!

Really very disappointed with this meal. I may have asked for i guess what would be "too much food " but it was me feeding a family of four. I ask for nuggets and they are cold and hard... I ask for a deluxe qtr cheese add mac and bacon and they lather the burger in sauce to where I cant pick it up without it dripping everywhere... idk who decided that this was an appropriate way to handle a large order whether your upset or not but this is unacceptable! I've been a manager at many fast food establishments and I know for a fact as someone who was a manager at a mcdonalds that this is ridiculous! Then I call and your forever busy? Yeah I guess I'll take the pics of this issue and go to corporate with my concern since this location can't be bothered to own up to or fix there problems. I have 4 drinks and u go to hand them all to me one at a time instead of a drink tray? I mean okay I'll overlook that but this is ridiculous... I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant and going to either cookout or the other mcdonalds... yeah it may be alittle further away but at the same time you will save yourself a lot of stress and at least your money will seem worth it... I swear if I get sick over this there will be a major problem because all 20 of my nuggets are hard and gross so I wonder if my kids also get hard gross nuggets because of your attitude? I guess it's okay to take your issues out on the kids then resolve it with the adult huh? Dont worry I won't ever be coming back, I WILL send these images and my concern to corporate and I PRAY nobody has to endure this from this establishment. If you see this post debating whether or not to stop here?... DONT DRIVE FURTHER and recieve better food quality and service because this place could care less!
