I just went through the drive-thru there was one car in front of me yet it took almost 20 minutes to get my food I ordered a Big Mac and a 10-piece nugget cooked to order the Big Mac with Stone Cold and for the 10-piece nugget being cooked to order you would have expected it to be hot but they were barely warm. The girl at the window that handed me the food has to be the rudest thing in the world she didn't even say here's your order have a good night thank you nothing . She just gave me a dirty look and handed me my bag I didn't do nothing to her but you can guarantee I won't be back. Although I did interrupter playing on her phone.

I would order but I tried coming here it’s only 8pm and it’s closed??!! No signs or anything saying why or what happened. I see workers in there but sure it’s “closed” when the other McDonalds is open right down the street. SMH

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE, TRAVEL 5 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD TO THEIR OTHER LOCATION FOR MUCH BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE!!.If I could rate 0/5 I would. The service is awful and the customer service is non existent. Over half the time I order from this particular McDonald’s, at least one thing is wrong or missing. And that’s not an exaggeration. More than 50% of my orders from there have been messed up one way or another. And when the orders don’t get messed up the food tastes of uncleaned grills and unchanged grease constantly. With their chicken products you can tell they don’t watch the fryers as they should and pieces come out burnt and dry left and right.as of today almost $10 of food was missing from an order, and what wasn’t missing was almost inedible. Upper management seriously needs to step in as this is nothing but a shell of what could be a respected fast food place, like their sister location not even 5 minutes down the road.

I went to McDonald's ordered some food but when I turned around and looked at my drink it look like I had a piece of metal in the bottom I said something to the manager and she said oh well I asked for the corporate number and she wouldn't give it to me I still have the piece and I'm still trying to get the number to corporate

I paid for extra lettuce, but didn't receive it on my mc chicken. The label even had extra lettuce printed on it, but I guess the workers didn't feel like putting it on there. Not to mention the wait was crazy.

Bought a breakfast biscuit yesterday and today at 6:30 a.m.. Biscuits were hard and the bacon was overcooked on both mornings. The restaurant opens at 5:30, so why does the food taste hard and stale already? I like this location and other times of the day the food is decent. Someone needs to pay attention to what they're serving.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich last night. And I asked him to add tomtoes and pickle. At that time, I didn't open it and didn't see it. It makes no sense anyway. I opened the drive-thru first I came home and saw a beacon in it that I never even touch. I went back to them and they gave me a sandwich with a beacon. But I forgot to take the sandwich with me. She told me that you ate your sandwich and now you came to get another one, lying. I still went home after a 20-minute drive to MC and brought a sandwich with a beacon in it. It was very bad and inferior because I paid 59 cents for barbecue sauce, but that bag was not worth it. This is April 26/2025 at 11 pm. I never come back mc I waste my time waste my money I wish I give zero star
