I paid for extra lettuce, but didn't receive it on my mc chicken. The label even had extra lettuce printed on it, but I guess the workers didn't feel like putting it on there. Not to mention the wait was crazy.

Bought a breakfast biscuit yesterday and today at 6:30 a.m.. Biscuits were hard and the bacon was overcooked on both mornings. The restaurant opens at 5:30, so why does the food taste hard and stale already? I like this location and other times of the day the food is decent. Someone needs to pay attention to what they're serving.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich last night. And I asked him to add tomtoes and pickle. At that time, I didn't open it and didn't see it. It makes no sense anyway. I opened the drive-thru first I came home and saw a beacon in it that I never even touch. I went back to them and they gave me a sandwich with a beacon. But I forgot to take the sandwich with me. She told me that you ate your sandwich and now you came to get another one, lying. I still went home after a 20-minute drive to MC and brought a sandwich with a beacon in it. It was very bad and inferior because I paid 59 cents for barbecue sauce, but that bag was not worth it. This is April 26/2025 at 11 pm. I never come back mc I waste my time waste my money I wish I give zero star

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in some time. The staff is very friendly, which goes a long way in my book. Also, this was the fastest service that I’ve gotten at any fast food restaurant recently. On top of all that, the food was actually pretty good. The coffee is always pretty good at McDonalds, but my breakfast sandwich and tater tot were prepared well and quite tasty as well. Excellent work!
McDonalds has so many issues. Every McDonalds I've ever been in so you make the decision to eat there or not

This place has gone way down hill since they got rid of the gm chris... went thru drive thru Could not hear a word the kid was saying like he was a mile away from the mic & when I could hear him couldn't understand what he was saying..who would of guessed my order was wrong so I had to go inside.it was one #2 combo nothing fancy or a big order... hash brown was cold & mushy along with my coffee being cold & tasted old/burnt... they need to bring back the dude chris if he's still with the company...

Place is horrible food was warm or cool to touch. Workers were rude/ joking when I was missing food out my order. Two workers had rather sit, eat, and laugh than see what my problem was. Then kept pointing to the drive thru that was already full of vehicles. I'm highly disappointed but I had expected it coming from Hopewell.

I'm starting to believe all the low ratings. I have came here different times. And each time there has been a problem with the food. Once I ordered a double quarter pounder for my wife and when she took the first bite, she spite it out cause the meat was still raw. When it took it back and showed the manager on duty, I got nothing but a new one made. No sorry about that or ill make sure that doesn't happen again. Now this morning my boys and myself before school go and get breakfast. The hashbrown was not fully cooked and the orange juice is watered down to where you don't taste orange juice, and I love mcds orange juice and this is nasty.
