I'm only complaining here because it's literally impossible to complain through the app. Got food delivered and I'm missing an entire item and my main item is incorrect. I ordered a mcgriddle meal and got a biscuit rather than a mcgriddle, and no hash brown. So I basically shouldn't have bothered ordering here, because the only thing I wanted from here that I can't get elsewhere was the hash brown.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and small fry with BBQ sauce for the nuggets. The car in front of me, myself, and the car behind me were asked to pull up and someone would bring our order out. We sat quite awhile, so the 1st person asked to pull up went inside and got their order themselves. They got to their car, looked in the bag, and ended up having to go back in as something was incorrect with their order. My order was finally brought out, and the girl confirmed I ordered a 6 piece and small fries. She went back in the store, and my Granddaughter tells me they only gave her 4 chicken nuggets. I too had to go inside to show them the box said 6 piece yet only had 4. The young man hands me a new box with 6 nuggets. I ask can I please have 1 more bbq sauce as 1 is not enough for 6 nuggets. He proceeds to tell me I will have to pay for another one. My money was still in the car, so I told him I didn't have time for all that. I mean really??? I went through the drive thru as my knees have bone rubbing on bone, and it's painful to walk. Yall made the mistake which caused me to have to come inside , yet you can't give me ONE extra pack of BBQ sauce??? Seriously! Poorest customer service I have EVER received at a McDonalds. Not only my order, but the order before mine was messed up. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Wow. I DO NOT recommend this McDonalds to anyone.

My food is always hot. The staff is awesome and with Makaylah in drive thru this is now my favorite McDonald’s! Great job management! Everyone stop at this location if want good customer service. kudos staff!!!

Only McDonald's I've been to where the fries are not the McDonald's standard. Please consider cleaning the bathroom, the floor, and the table. Restock the paper so the machine prints receipts. Also, it's unacceptable that there isn't hand sanitizer or soap available, and likely some sort of violation. If I'm seeing all of this at the surface level, imagine what I don't see.

I went there on my lunch brake and ordered a double quarter pounder meal with no lettuce or onions. I paid $16 for one combo which I was on with because of inflation and all. I got my food to go and drove all the way back to work. When I opened the burger it had onions and lettuce all over it so I called the manager and explained the situation and offered to send him a picture of it for proof. He said he didn’t believe me and I would have to leave work again and drive all the way back to have my burger done right. Well being that I couldn’t leave work again or afford to I was SOL. and had to go hungry because of my allergy to onions. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Burger King. Never again.

Drive the extra 2 miles to the other McDonald's on Oaklawn! Rudest staff here at all times, all you get is a grunt and a uh huh after telling them good morning or have a nice day like the customer should even be the one to say it first. Food is a hit or miss here. And God forbid if you need extra sauce on your sandwich they will definitely charge you for it and then put no sauce on the sandwich and put a little bit in a box for you.
This particular outfit has had its hiring problems through the years. Anyway, today I got a $54- lunch delivery and the wonks who put my order together packed my milkshake (a frappe) inside the sealed HOT food bag! The fries and the nuggets were cold. Now the DoorDasher did a great job and got the order to my location PDQ! We tip well, and DoorDash refunded us half the order. So McDonald’s apparently was stuffing delivery bags with food that was lying around for a while. Food that was not fully cooked and cool when it arrived. Caveat Emptor

Don’t get food from crossings McDonalds unless you want half a burnt ass dry chicken patty, most of the non existent sauce on the inside of the box and 3 lbs of lettuce.

I came in last night to pick up a DoorDash order and there was a lobby of younger employees that were on break and as they were sitting there they were being extremely loud, cursing, one particular young lady kept walking through the crowd of people talking about she’s on break she don’t care how many customers are in there they aren’t her problem. The manager was doing everything she could but the professionalism of these workers is disgraceful. I understand that they are young but they are old enough to know how to act in a public place
