One of your drivers decided to honk his horn at me because I had to come to a complete stop at a red traffic. Just turned red from yellow as I was turning from Winston Churchill Dr onto RT# 156 in Hopewell. I was obeying a traffic signal and I guess he didn't like it. Was a white Toyota with a missing hubcap that I could see with Papa John's written on it in red. Didn't get a license plate number.

The service was very good, on time and the delivery person was nice. The pizza however….was just awful! Papa John’s regular dough is a giant puff cake of refined carbs. Heavy with dough and light on toppers! No kidding, hardly any sauce, and the cheese and toppings were sparce. The undercarriage was undercooked and it just had zero Italian pizza pie authenticity…esp in the lack of taste. I think they’ve gotten worse over the years. It’s been about a decade since we had pizza from this chain pizza maker. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at a better Mom and Pops place like Leone’s across the road in the crossings.

The pizza of papa John's has dramatically fallen to an unacceptable level. They used to be my favorite pizza and have a good crust. Ever since papa John's sold the brand, the pizza ingredients and dough have dropped in quality. The dough now tastes like frozen digornos pizza, the staff don't really provide great service anymore, and the ingredients are just OK. My once favorite pizza chain has been dethroned, time to find something better. Unless you change your dough and how you process it, I won't be coming back.

First time ever eating papa John's and I think should have kept my money and went domino's...I didn't check my pizza before I left cuz if I did I would have seen the busted garlic sauce all in my box sooner the fact u knew and still proceed to put it in the box bothers me the pizza taste horrible didn't even touch the second box.

Food was not fit for a dog to eat. Look like they use scraps from old Pizza dough to make my pizza. SMH and no, I did not get thin crust pizza .

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My order was placed at 6:12pm with confirmation at 6:19 at 6:35 my order was on the way. My pizza didn’t arrive until 7:22pm missing all my sauces and extras. After opening the box to discover barely warm pizza the pizza was so thin and we ordered the epic stuffed crust. I called the store and the guy said they’d send out my sauces. I asked that a new pizza be resent the manager in the back ground kept saying he refuses. I asked to speak to the manager and asked why he is refusing to resend my pizza when it sat in a car for almost a hr and is now cold. He kept arguing with me and I finally broke math out to him and he was silenced and said he’d refund me my order. I will NEVER return!

I talk my order inside and find that it's barely lukewarm and the extra sauces I ordered are not there. I try to call the store and after finally getting past all the automated crap, someone picks up doesn't say anything and immediately hangs up the phone. I don't normally write reviews but as someone who works in customer service this was horrible. I will not be ordering from here again.

People are just nasty manger making pizza coughing over the food dumping toppings back into containers off the pizza then putting in in the oven cashier handling money didn’t wash hand no gloves starting making pizza straight up nasty

The manager on nights AUSTIN attitude is very POOR, my order was messed up and it's not my fault. The driver had a smart ass mouth as well because he had/has no sense of direction. And I was nice to tip as always! I see why people aren't tipping anymore!!!! Will b my last time!!!!!!!!!!
