Possibly the last Ruby tuesday. The staff was so sweet and attentive. The food was well prepared and good. The restaurant was a little dated, but clean.

Welcoming staff and wonderful food. Went around 7 pm on a Friday night and they were the busiest I think I've ever seen them. Which is unfortunate because this place is awesome. I overheard some people talking at the bar when they were introducing themselves to others, from all different states. It's nice to see travelers stop here as we're not too far off 295.

And I just realized I lost my reciept so I don't have our servers name but he was GREAT! Made us feel like there was no rush for anything, he was helpful with our questions, and came by at just the right times. Refills were on point. ALL the staff was welcoming and nice truthfully!

There were tons of people sitting at the bar but the atmosphere was relaxed and was surprisingly not loud at all. Our food took a bit to come out, which for me is fine cause everyone was working and if I wanted fast food I'd have gone to McDonald's.

The manager brought us our food, and apologized that there was a bit of wait but frankly I didn't even notice how long it had been because we were just finishing our appetizers.

The food was phenomenal, don't discount that chicken Cesar salad! I'd assumed it would be Romain but was Iceberg lettuce, HOWEVER the lettuce was fresh and flavorful. The dressing is to die for!

One photo I didn't get the was the ultimate chocolate cake. It was soft and the flavor kept developing in your mouth. Rich but not too rich and definitely not too sweet.

We sat and watched some baseball on the TV as we were sitting next to the bar. No one ever made us feel like we had to leave quickly and since they did still have tables, we just relaxed and enjoyed some time out of the house. Our server in fact once he brought our check that there was no rush whatsoever, to take our time and enjoy ourselves.

Never once had a bad experience here personally and we will absolutely be returning! From the staff to the customers it felt like we were all family in there tonight.

I'm sorry anyone had a bad experience here and I understand it can happen but I'd urge those people to maybe try to give it one more shot cause it can be great.

I placed an online order on 8/7 it was my first meal after having surgery. To say it was disappointing is an understatement both baked potatoes were so overcooked they weren’t edible. The corn tasted stale and dried out with no flavor, salmon was dry and overcooked as well. To finish it off the coke tasted as thought the syrup was finishing and tasted flat. I emailed them back to the email that confirmed my order, I’ve also called several times including the same night I ordered and no one picks up the phone. I am at a hotel recovering from surgery and to have my 1st meal be such a disappointment was disheartening.

Git the ribs $ could not get the meat off the bone. Manager came & had another order brought. Could get the meat off a little better but the meat was rough. Emailed the when I got home & the manager call & said he would send me a gift card. Should get it in about 24 hr. Emailed back & s=ask where was my gift card. NEVER heard back & 5 days later no gift card. NEVER going back again!!!

A dying concept. Food just ok. Mainly not healthy. Of the 4 white wines on menu, they had only one- Chardonnay. Poor management and inventory for a weekend.

The kids got Chicken Tender meal and Cheesburger meal both w/fries. They didn't have any ketchup in the restaurant. Can you imagine eating fries AND burger without ketchup?? I ordered steak. They didn't have steak sauce. What the! They were out of bacon for the baked potato. Also my husband wanted to try the advertised beef ribs. Guess what...they didnt have any. Close the restaurant at this point. 😒 We ordered dessert to-go. I asked the waiter to put the choc. & caramel sauce IN togo ramickens so that it wouldn't be soggy when I got home...failed.

I was debating whether or not to post a review about my experience from this place because it was so bad that I didn't really know how to approach it and I even slept on it but here we go. First thing first, this was my very first time trying out Ruby's Tuesday because I was only in town for that weekend. This will be my last time eating anything from any ruby Tuesdays, and because of this experience, I will now be checking reviews from every restaurant before trying them. I ordered my food online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I found it odd since I ordered a lot but man oh man did I find out why it didn't take them so long to have the order ready. Google really should allow reviewers the option to give zero stars. I ordered the t-bone medium well with mash potatoes and the blackened tilapia with the Mac n cheese and roasted corn. I'm still debating on whether or not I should post pictures, but I don't think it will display the taste of the food. It was so terrible that I started worrying for the people that I saw going in the place, and some even brought their kids as I waited to pick up my food. The worst part is I can't even describe the bad taste of the food....I wanna say it's the quality of the actual meat, but that's not it... it's as if the cook purposely cooked it bad because the taste was horrid, and seriously, how do you even mess up mash potatoes? There was no cream or milk in it at all like they literally mashed the actual potato 🤔
The roasted corns were a joke.... they were so hard and raw like they were half microwaved. I didn't even wanna throw them away in the trash i wanted to flush them smh. The mac n cheese was different, like one of the orders had cheddar on it and the other just bland. Overall, the food tasted as if it was half cooked and stored somewhere, and then as ppl ordered, they half microwaved it and served it. I walk in to pick up my food and right away a big puddle of black water right by the door and then the filth of the place is on another level from the ripped chairs at the bar to the dirty glass on the front door....I don't know how it's still open. Are health inspectors not a thing anymore? I found a piece of plastic in the mac n cheese and called for a refund and the manager was very nice and explained to me that I was gonna get a call back to get the refund so we'll see how that goes but Anyways PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you value your health.

Khalil was so kind, I’m so sorry the kitchen tried to serve 1 slider patty as a smash burger for the daily smash double patty burger special. The patty was smaller than the 2 inch onions and the bun made up 85 %of the burgers. If I didn’t come to try the burgers and maybe something else, then maybe I could give a higher review but if his manager , didn’t deny false advertisement. I would have stayed but we left within 11 minutes of arrival! Manager never came to the table! I will never revisit and they close as shoneys did because of her(red)

Service was terrible, some of the food was ok, most of it was terrible. Had to wait for a while to be served and waited on. Food we ordered was terrible and then replaced and ot was worse. Try to explain to manager and would not do anything about it or solve the issue. Will never ever go back again. Thxs

Today is May 17, 2025. We visited this establishment and we were seriously disappointed. The food was disgusting and half cooked. I ordered the tilapia with shrimp, squash, and supposedly rice pilaf. This dish was was named a New Orleans dish. I am from New Orleans and this was a total disgrace to even represent New Orleans food at such a disgusting way. This dish did not represent New Orleans at all, our food is well made with immaculate taste and flavor.The squash was still stuck together and not thoroughly cooked, the rice was warm not fresh and tasted dry, and the tilapia advertised was extremely small. I sent it back and I didn't desire to order anything else. My husband ordered a ribeye steak well done, roasted corn, mashed potatoes, and scallops. The scallops were good, the mashed potatoes were decent, the corn wasn't barely cooked, and they definitely were not roasted as ordered. Our waitress was amazing and I thank God for her awesome customer service. This steak was really thin and I know that a ribeye is thick. We will never ever eat here again. This was the most horriblest experience of an food establishment.
