Today is May 17, 2025. We visited this establishment and we were seriously disappointed. The food was disgusting and half cooked. I ordered the tilapia with shrimp, squash, and supposedly rice pilaf. This dish was was named a New Orleans dish. I am from New Orleans and this was a total disgrace to even represent New Orleans food at such a disgusting way. This dish did not represent New Orleans at all, our food is well made with immaculate taste and flavor.The squash was still stuck together and not thoroughly cooked, the rice was warm not fresh and tasted dry, and the tilapia advertised was extremely small. I sent it back and I didn't desire to order anything else. My husband ordered a ribeye steak well done, roasted corn, mashed potatoes, and scallops. The scallops were good, the mashed potatoes were decent, the corn wasn't barely cooked, and they definitely were not roasted as ordered. Our waitress was amazing and I thank God for her awesome customer service. This steak was really thin and I know that a ribeye is thick. We will never ever eat here again. This was the most horriblest experience of an food establishment.

I stopped by this location by mistake, I had been to Ruby Tuesday multiple times in my life to the point I could describe the taste of the food. This Ruby Tuesday was well lit, immediate seating time, but the area inside smelt old, the glasses were plastic and were in of replacement, I couldn't drink out of mine as it was (or appeared to be) dirty. The food, being on the shirt list of people, helped us get our food faster, a full 45 mins after we entered. I had to inform them that I was leaving and wanted my food to go before they came and updated me on the status of my food, which then magically became 5 more minutes. The place still had Valentines Day decorations up in the begining/middle of April. The cooks were out of the kitchen for a majority of the time. The common smell of persons in the restaurant was weed. The waiter was the only redeeming person in the place because of how he carried himself.

We had the trio appetizer, chicken strip, cheeseburger sliders, and bone in wings. Perfect and filling. He had 12% Riley and onion rings. Steak flavored will and a little tough. Onion rings taste great. Cajun chicken and pasta was so delicious. Titos strawberry lemonade oh so good. It was surprisingly strong. He had Long island iced tea, top shelf. Flavor profile off, but strong.

I sat with my wife while she ate a salad from the salad bar. She did not like the cucumbers, but she did like the salad and was impressed that they had a selection of pasta salad, potato salad, and coleslaw on the salad bar. She was surprised there was no shredded carrots. The waiter was a nice fellow named Kimani Harris. He was very courteous and professional and made sure my wife had everything she needed to enjoy her meal. He came around to check on us throughout our time there. The atmosphere was very conducive for a pleasant dining Experience. We often eat here when we are in the area going to a concert at the nearby Beacon theater.

Kimani was our server and he was fantastic! He was very nice and made sure we always had drinks. Our food came out fast and was delicious. Nakia was the manager and she also came to check on us and make sure we had a great experience. :) I recommend the skillet cookie, very tasty!
