Hey Ruby Tuesdays unfortunately you are about to get a lot slower than you already are bc one Ryan Blanchette fired Jeff cook on Christmas. If you happen to not be the same franchise you better let that franchise know they just messed it up for all the Ruby Tuesday.

Had a to go order that I had to go in to get them 4 people looked at me and went about their business finally someone asked we what I needed and then waited another 20 minutes for my order, staff seemed rude, place was dirty, and the food was the worst part as it was so gross, try a different place

Always a favorite of ours. The salad bar and the salmon are my go to. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. I think our waiters name was Justin at the one near Colonial Heights, VA. He was amazing and half the reason we will be back.

First of all there was nobody in the place. The order from my husband was wrong he asked for a plain cheeseburger and it came out with lettuce tomato and charged for salad bar which he never had. The waitress told us about a special a cheeseburger and salad bar for 899 and ask for bacon when we got the bill it was 1399 he said well bacon was included in the special well I could have got a side of bacon cheaper than $5 I'm sure I add the salad bar it looked kind of dried up I'm sure because there was no people in the place maybe six tops and it was 7:00 at night it should have been packed all the restaurants around the area had been pretty packed buy viewing the parking lot I don't know what's wrong with Ruby Tuesday but they need to get their act together

Chelsea is such an amazing bartender,
I came in in Ambers shift and enjoyed an in depth conversation where the both made me feel safe and heard, I am a regular and they’ve cultivated a beautiful family environment that fosters community amongst misaligned peers od unlike background.
I see the staff at ruby tuesdays as family and thoroughly enjoy every visit to this specific location because of Chelsea.

Worst Ruby Tuesdays ever. Took forever to get a seat. They were overwhelmed with 7 customers. Drinks seemed to have no alcohol. We got shots to make them better and I swear they brought rum for my wife that tasted like water. Waiter was just plan stupid. Food was terrible. Took ten minutes to get a server. Took 15 minutes to get drinks. I looked at bar and saw our drinks sitting there for ten minutes. Finally complained and then they brought them to us. Men's bath room does not look like it has ever been professionally cleaned. Gross slow poor. Go else where is my suggestion.
