Some are definitely not friendly. Asked for whipped cream it wasn’t but a little bit so I ask the lady at the window could she top it off with a little more whip and she gave a look and said I guess. For the price you have to pay this customer service is unacceptable. It was whip cream it wasn’t like I asked her to remake my drink. I will drive the extra to go to Chester location as they do have great customer service.

Drinks are usually made incorrectly and poorly, you can tell they’re rushed and it’s probably because of how busy they get. Taste is pretty bad, especially for the price. The line is also abismal and service is mediocre at best.
Parking: Like 4 parking spots and 1 handicap spot. Difficult to get in an out, they should probably remodel.

Workers see me like 3x a week. Lol. They are all so kind and nice. I love the app. U earn u free drinks which makes it worth it. Bc u get a star for every dollar spent. They have so many offers that i use all the time to get bonus points and free drinks.

Just concerned about how I can place an order online while sitting in the store, receive a time that my order will be ready, yet always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for part of my order. I can order a drink and something to eat. The drink is always the first thing to be ready, but I always have to wait another 10, sometimes 15 minutes, to get my food. So not cool! Especially when I receive a time for pickup through the app......

Coffee always lacks flavor!
Long waits even when it's just 1 customer in front of you.
Their ticket times need to be more synchronized, I waited for almost 10 minutes on a iced coffee with 1 car ahead who ordered 1 food item by the time I received my iced coffee the ice had completely melted and it taste like diluted caramel water.
I keep giving this location chances leaving dissatisfied every time.

A lot of tables, chairs, and some couch seats. Plenty of space to hang out with friends. Music is excellent. Service is great, and the employees seem to enjoy being there together.

This location is absolutely the best I’ve ever visited. Everyone is always welcoming & friendly. I have been a daily customer since the opening & am quite satisfied. I do however, wish that corporate would replace the coffee lids as they often cause massive spills. Other than that, I love this place & the workers .Charles
I order from here nearly everyday. Today, my sandwich was missing from my order. I called up there, the guy answers. He swears up and down he put it in my bag. I feel like he’s trying to accuse me of lying. I ask his name, he says he doesn’t feel comfortable telling me his name over the phone? Lmao what?? Yet claims he’s the supervisor. It’s Saturday, June 8th at 3:00pm. Not sure why he was afraid to tell me his name but yeah he doesn’t need to be working with people. He is rude. I have spent so much money at this Starbucks but that’s over with. I’m afraid this so called supervisor will spit in my food now. Plus he can’t even admit when he’s made a mistake. He would rather accuse the customer of lying. Over 200 orders, I’ve never had or claimed to have anything missing until today. I have no reason to lie so I really do not appreciate that. He needs to learn how to deal with customers.

I made a mobile order and couldn’t even get in the parking lot to go through the drive thru to get my order because this truck is in the way off loading food into Starbucks.
