There was a long line of cars but the service was quick and the guy taking my order was funny. Asking what my favorite animal is and when I said dog he was quick to bark lol, he had blonde hair and made my day. Will definitely be going back just for him!!

I came through around 6 PM on 4/10 after a long day at work, and Ryan was absolutely amazing! His positive attitude and friendly energy completely turned my day around. Every time I visit, he’s consistently upbeat and welcoming — he’s truly the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Ryan!

I went and got a pink drink (I have an obsession). I’m very weird and I like more coconut milk than strawberry açaí in mine. I got it made by FIONA and she was so sweet and made it perfect and I really appreciate it, cause I had a crappy day and she made it better so thanks so much! Give her a raise! She also was extremely pleasant to talk to and usually I go to the colonial heights one, but because of her I will come back to hopewell!!! LOVE FIONA!!!!

Waited 20 minutes for a small vanilla frappe. They waited on everyone in the drive though first even cars that just drove up not waiting in a line.

I love the quotes on my cup! The staff is fast and efficient.

Super friendly

I’m not sure what’s going on with the matcha drinks at this location but it’s twice now my drink has looked like this and the quality is very disappointing. Even the taste is really bad and the soy milk tasted sour like it had expired or gone bad. I normally don’t have anything bad to say about Starbucks but this location has been really disappointing.

Busy always great service

Some are definitely not friendly. Asked for whipped cream it wasn’t but a little bit so I ask the lady at the window could she top it off with a little more whip and she gave a look and said I guess. For the price you have to pay this customer service is unacceptable. It was whip cream it wasn’t like I asked her to remake my drink. I will drive the extra to go to Chester location as they do have great customer service.

Drinks are usually made incorrectly and poorly, you can tell they’re rushed and it’s probably because of how busy they get. Taste is pretty bad, especially for the price. The line is also abismal and service is mediocre at best.

Parking: Like 4 parking spots and 1 handicap spot. Difficult to get in an out, they should probably remodel.

Workers see me like 3x a week. Lol. They are all so kind and nice. I love the app. U earn u free drinks which makes it worth it. Bc u get a star for every dollar spent. They have so many offers that i use all the time to get bonus points and free drinks.

Just concerned about how I can place an order online while sitting in the store, receive a time that my order will be ready, yet always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for part of my order. I can order a drink and something to eat. The drink is always the first thing to be ready, but I always have to wait another 10, sometimes 15 minutes, to get my food. So not cool! Especially when I receive a time for pickup through the app......

Coffee always lacks flavor!
Long waits even when it's just 1 customer in front of you.
Their ticket times need to be more synchronized, I waited for almost 10 minutes on a iced coffee with 1 car ahead who ordered 1 food item by the time I received my iced coffee the ice had completely melted and it taste like diluted caramel water.
I keep giving this location chances leaving dissatisfied every time.
