One of the employees he knows who he is. He was at the register 12/25/25 at 11:32. Little attitude I asked for my drink and got more feedback than I should’ve about it. Continued to order a grilled cheese and was told “ if it’s there we have it” as he pointed to the fridge where I got the grilled cheese out of. The drink tastes extremely watered down. I did watch her make it and she did it correctly just poor ingredients or something not sure but it’s the only drink I get and it only taste off here.

Extremely busy in the morning. Order ahead if it helps but with items are piling up on counter the orders keep coming. 9:47 pickup it’s now 9:57a. The low star rating is for the long wait time for pre orders

Definitely not my usual experience. Drive thru line did not move quickly.... They have increased prices and changed sizes to smaller.... Do not like paying more and getting less.... Dunkin/Wawa will now be go to.

Kyliee (excuse me if I’m not spelling her name correctly) and Ryan, including the staff this morning were wonderful! The power was lost at this location last night at around 7:30. Ryan quickly begun to escort the guest out and Kyliee did a wonderful job of taking care of our receipt. My sister and I went back this morning to retrieve our drinks, with the complimentary upgrade. ❤️

Ordered ahead through the drive thru today and whoever made my drink did an AMAZING job!

You could tell they paid attention to my wishes on the drink and they made it PERFECT.

Also, people at the window are always so friendly! Definitely recommend this location for a coffee trip.

Dropped in on a busy Saturday morning and the team was doing a great job at keeping up with everything. Other than them not really greeting anyone coming in (probably due to how many orders they had) you could really see how organized and well trained they were. My drink took a little time but I looked around and didn't mind the wait. My drink was perfect and would definitely recommend this location.

There was a long line of cars but the service was quick and the guy taking my order was funny. Asking what my favorite animal is and when I said dog he was quick to bark lol, he had blonde hair and made my day. Will definitely be going back just for him!!

I came through around 6 PM on 4/10 after a long day at work, and Ryan was absolutely amazing! His positive attitude and friendly energy completely turned my day around. Every time I visit, he’s consistently upbeat and welcoming — he’s truly the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Ryan!
