Ordered a toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch and a Gatorade through DoorDash and received an untoasted cheesesteak that I don’t think had cheese and no Gatorade. All the veggies and sauces I ordered were on the sandwich though. The receipt had the right order but nothing but the veggies and bag of chips was correct.
Soo.. went by this weekend to get 5 subs for superbowl. Didnt need to order the catering becuase i didnt need to spend $100 between the cstering option and then the add on for the big starion for veggies. When ordering i did online ordered the subs outside 5 subs double cut and asked for veggies on the side (gave this option online). Immediatley went in to discuss what i wanted to happen as walking in i was the iy customer and noticed they were immediatley making my subs bread laid out and was putting meat on bread I explained i was there for this order. One of the gentleman making the subs i guess noticed it said veggies on the side. He then proceeded to say that they could not put the veggies on the side bevuase thwy had nothing to put them in. I aksed about the salad bowls or even the cups as i have dkne this several times at other locations with no problems. He begins to tell me he could not use those containers. I explained i have had this done in the past no issues this is $65 dollars in subs i assure thos containers cant cost more than a $1 a piece. The employee then calls the manager who tells me they would have to charge me for a sald or drink to use those containers . No problem so i proceeded to cancel my order so i may go to another subway. The issue is these workwrs took the meat off the bread and put it all back in the bins. Pretty gross and should have been thrown away since it was cross contaminated. I will never go here again and i would suggest that no one else does. If they will do that in front of my eyes imagine what they are sping with the food when no one ia around. And they were aware as i made the comment its pretty dumb becuase now youll have to throw all that food away for the worker to ahrug his shoulders tell me to have a good day as he puts the contaminated food back in the bins and bread warmer.

Ordered food 3hrs early and they had not made them got there and had to wait 30 minutes before they finally began to make them and its not the first time . I'm not coming back here again

Sketchy girls spending more time joking with each other and flirting with random guys hanging out, than they are on your order.When I walked up there was a guy standing right next to the door smoking a cigarette. He had to step out of the way so I could open the door.When I got in the three girls were flirting with some guy and making all kinds of odd jokes about who could make his sandwich the best. There was another guy in front of him with his partially complete sandwich on the counter but no one working on it.The smoking guy came inside and started yelling from the dining room flirting with the girls and it was obvious he knew the tuna sandwich guy. They jumped around the other guy to get Mr. Tuna Sandwich taken care of and then talked for a while at checkout.I was about to just walk when one of them broke off and finally asked me what I wanted. I ordered and the other 2 finally got the tuna guy out and then went back to the poor guy with the chicken sandwich they had been ignoring.My sandwich was OK and the place looked clean but the servers sucked.And then the register had the audacity to try to get me to tip 18%, 20%, 25% or Other. I cancelled that out because Subway isn't a place I'd normally tip anyway, but especially not after that show and being ignored for so long.

I was just there waiting. There were several people waiting. The guy making sandwiches said "I need help". And the lady working there said from the back of the restaurant "They can wait." I walked out. Not getting my business.

Was clean inside & food is good. But a a couple employees were just sitting in the lobby and acted like it was a inconvenience to them that they had todo the job they are payed for.. no smiles no hello welcome to subway.if you don't like ur job find something else don't treat customers so poorly..

I will never go there again. I got a roast beef foot Long sub. They did not cut the meat in front of me.i got it home and it had no meat in it next I will go to Jersey Mike's for

The food is typical Subway food. The staffing is less at off peak times and more when needed. It is clean and well maintained. There’s a nice sized dining room to find seating and ample parking both in front and behind the building. We’ve made it our choice twice on this trip.
We ordered off the mobile app. We get there they only bread they had available was wheat. We ordered Italian herbs and cheese. The male employee picked the bread up with his bare hands. My husband told him he didn't want that bread he touched. The female you have to wear gloves. My husband asked for a refund. They replied that they didn't know how to refund off the app. No manager was on site, which was what we were told.
