I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this location, specifically with an employee named Calvin. On August 3rd, he once again gave me old food and stale coffee, and got my order completely wrong—something that’s become a pattern.
Other staff have quietly told me Calvin doesn’t like me because I tip them and not him because of his disrespectful ways and blatant disregard for customer service. since then, he’s been intentionally disrespectful, serving bad food and showing attitude. I’ve stayed quiet out of peace, but this is not how any customer should be treated.
This kind of personal bias and unprofessionalism should not be tolerated at a place like Waffle House.

The two ladies working tonight 8/3 @ midnight shift were the best staff we have ever experienced at this location! Our waitress was on top of it and super super friendly! We will be coming back more often now!!

Waffel House didn’t disappoint. Floor needed sweeping and Menus needed to be cleaned (something chocolate looking on it, couldn’t be missed if looked at)

I find Waffle House to be a consistently dependable option for a meal. This particular location maintains the standard of prompt service and yummy food I've come to expect. The only difference is that dine-in service is unavailable on Friday and Saturday after 10 or 11 pm, likely due to past incidents involving intoxicated patrons. Waffle House is a reliable choice when I require a quick and budget-friendly breakfast.
