The computer was down and only one register was working so I’ll give a little grace. But not much especially considering other bad reviews on days that presumably the computer and all registers were working. Crew members were surly and clueless. My fries were lukewarm to cool. My husband and I had to repeat and explain our simple orders. The crew member who took our order somehow thought my husband’s bag was all we had. Not a fan. I hope corporate steps in. No receipt either.
Couldn't give less than one star. Fountain drinks are ALWAYS nothing but carbonation and it seems like they do not care to fix it.
I've never seen a Wendy's frosty machine not working so much ever impossible to get one by far worst location there is!

Worst Wendy’s location I have ever had to deal with, going in there physically it is the dirtiest store the bathrooms always smell like urine. I can hardly ever find a table to sit down that is not cleaned off. The employees are more concerned with their personal private conversations than they are taken care of the guest, None of the attitudes at the front are welcoming. On DoorDash, They will mess up your order every single time and they never pick up the phone. Night Shift is horrible. whoever is managing the night shift needs to be fired because their employees can’t even count out a 10 piece nugget

They said it happens sometimes...they accidentally hit the button on the fryer and then gonna ask me do I hear it beepin...like I work there...The other manager told me I was being recorded I said...did yall record them serving that raw chicken sandwich and the manager said yes...

My fiancé went in around 6pm on 3/27/25 to order 8 chicken nuggets. That's it. It took 30 minutes to get those nuggets.. And they were not hot, so they didn't cook them fresh. There wasn't even 5 people in line. Others around him were mad and upset too. I watched the drive-thru while he was in there and each car had to wait a bit too. It does not take 30 minutes to put 8 nuggets in a container
To the drive thru person be careful how treat someone..one day it can come back to hunt you 😊
employees don't want to be there and rather play than work. Orders take 20 mins to get at the minimum even if you order on line

Crew members were more concerned with socializing and joking amongst themselves than providing service to the customers. The crew member at the window spent more time pulling his pants up than performing work duties, his threadbare boxers were on full display which is quite gross as he's handling food. When we got our food home, there were uncooked fries mixed in with cooked fries. Worst fast food experience I've ever had in my life.
Went through the drive-thru got quite a few burgers. They were fresh and delicious 😋.

Service was great. But food is meh. Ate it one night, woke up with my stomach complaining. Never happened in other Wendy's. First time, but be warned.
Ordered two different burgers… they gave me someone elses order then asked of something was wrong.. no receipt given either all because they were in the back smoking. Burger was good though
