I’m only giving 4 stars because the Audubon is 20x better experience than the Jefferson.

We had Alex our first time visiting (for the weekend) and she was amazing! The dish that she recommended was the prime filet and Mac and cheese and it was to DIE FOR!! She asked if my boyfriend and I were celebrating anything and it was our anniversary so she made it feel special with this chocolate decoration! She was very exceptional!

Our second time visiting we had Travis! Even though we were outside he made it feel like my boyfriend and I were in an intimate setting and it was just the 2 of us in the restaurant!

Probably the most delicious filet mignon we've ever had. Service was incredibly slow. So much so, it got frustrating waiting for our service to introduce themself, waiting for drinks, etc. That was our biggest complaint. Ambiance was decent. Steak 10/10. Expensive, but nice for a special occasion. Just with the server was more diligent.

Our dining experience at the Jefferson Restaurant was excellent and our server, Ahmad, was outstanding. We arrive for our dinner reservation after walking down the 'Tower' stairs, 8 floors, because the elevators were out-of-service. After the meal we had to walk up 8 floors again. A terrible experience for our stay.

Nice ambiance, meat focused menu, but with some excellent choices. Service was attentive, welcoming and professional. Everyone was friendly without being overbearing. Prices are a good value for the quality that was delivered. Our waiter, Nevel, was very helpful in helping us make our selections and gave us perfect service.

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and the hostess and staff went out of their way to make our day special. Our server Amber was personable and extremely friendly and made our entire stay memorable. 10/10 Highly recommended

We had a wonderful dinner at Jefferson's. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. My wife had the rack of lamb (perfectly prepared) which we found out came from a local farm. Our server was Amber who was extremely friendly as well as attentive. She spent lots of quality time with us answering lots of questions about the area and resort. Well paced and never rushed. Lovely views of the property. Very comfortable seating. Having dinner at both restaurants on property in the evening, this would be our first and only choice given the option.

Very very disappointed we heard that the food is great and quality and it wasn’t somthing out of the ordinary and my husband got stomach issues after eating there very disappointed.

Our dinner was absolutely delicious! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the service is because our server was very forgetful and we had to remind her multiple times about different items we have ordered. She was very cheerful and friendly otherwise ? We will definitely come to Jefferson's restaurant again.

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with our entire dinner last night! There's no question that we will also eat there tonight as well. The food was very well prepared, the portions were generous, the service was great and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an evening to remember.

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner! Alexandra did a GREAT job as our server. She really went above and beyond to ensure our dinner was a memorable experience! The food was absolutely delicious as well, I highly recommend trying the duck.

The service at this hotel and all of its components is absolutely excellent. Our server was attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was not that great. I had the bone in ribeye and it was lightly seasoned and dry. The Brussel sprouts were undercooked. I was there to spend money on the best. I got ok. BUT AGAIN, the SERVICE is excellent.

This restaurant is very modern and hip. It has a great atmosphere. Food is good, but not as unique as I was hoping. Service is always great, the staff go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience.

Bread came out with meal, filet over cooked from medium and duck skin not crispy and gummy. Overpriced for quality provided. Unsure who was expediting food as other tables who sat after us were served and left before we received our food. Cocktail drinks were great. 4 giant shrimp for $18 was also overpriced. Will not be going back.

We loved it so much we are there 2 nights in a row! Noteworthy dishes: beef tartare, duck breast, grilled lamb was the star of the show! The entire staff was remarkable, starting with the hostess staff, servers, and all wait staff. Thank you so much for having us!
