#336 Pointe at Mariner's Landing looked like a lovely place online but we felt there were a lot of issues with comfort once there. The 2 biggest issues were the temperature of the condo and the tv. There is a note that says you can't put the temperature on 72 or below or the system will freeze and it will be hours b/f it thaws out. We sleep at home at 68 degrees and during the day are at 72-74. We don't feel these are unusual settings. I think potential renters should be warned about this issue before booking. Our understanding is that it is an issue with the entire complex. 2nd, we were trying to watch The Olympics and could not figure out how to get NBC to watch it. We think it has something to do with what service provider the owners have, but there was no manual to walk us through just normal use requirements, which seems like an important thing to have in the condo. We gave up after an hour and tried again the next night after talking to the front desk but could not figure it out. A few other smaller issues were the drain in the bathroom was clogged up - we just took it out; there were no bedside lamps in the king bedroom so the overhead light shone right in your eyes while trying to read; there is a step from the living room to the sunroom and it would be great to have a reminder sign warning you about it. Finally, one thing that seemed like it was going to be really lovely was the sunroom and the cascading windows in there. 1st, the chairs were very large for a somewhat smaller sunroom and made moving around a bit tight. 2nd, the windows, once open, allowed a wasp in - there are no screens. And various bugs were climbing up the window...I realize there's nothing to be done about that but it would be good to know about in case you were hoping to sit in front of an open window. I think most of these issues could be resolved and hope my feedback helps in that regards.

Got a 2 bedroom with a great view. Met some really nice people from different areas while staying here. The unit has no carpet which is great for cleaning, just able to hear everything going on inside when trying to sleep, being there's nothing to catch the sound. Would recommend the stay.

Beautiful resort!!

We absolutely loved our time at Mariners Landing! The condo we rented was clean and very well equipped. The grounds were well maintained. We had such a relaxing time at this beautiful place. We will definitely be back.

Stay there a few runes every summer . Love the location. Love Bruno’s and the new market store. Love the trails and pools too. Love that there are pet friendly units. Wish there were more of them though .

Perfect for what we were looking for.

The people here are amazing. I especially want to shout out Darren, Joe, and Mr. Waller. They were amazing hosts for our board meeting and stay.

We stayed in Unit 3304. The unit is described as "Lakefront". It isn't. You have a beautiful view of the parking lot. The bed was very comfortable, and the tub/jacuzzi works. With that said, the unit wasn't clean. Food crumbs on the floor and the sink was dirty. The restaurant food was delicious. The pool was dirty with dead bugs floating. The lake of course was wonderful. This is a mixed review, but completely honest. We won't go back to this establishment.

Great location for boating, golfing, some pool time or just site seeing. Enjoyed our stay so much we booked another weekend to enjoy all of it!

Great spot! Was upgraded to a larger 3 bedroom prior to check in. Checkin was very simple. We loved the location, pool and boat access. I’ve already booked another weekend. Can’t wait to go back! I would recommend this to anybody
