#336 Pointe at Mariner's Landing looked like a lovely place online but we felt there were a lot of issues with comfort once there. The 2 biggest issues were the temperature of the condo and the tv. There is a note that says you can't put the temperature on 72 or below or the system will freeze and it will be hours b/f it thaws out. We sleep at home at 68 degrees and during the day are at 72-74. We don't feel these are unusual settings. I think potential renters...
Got a 2 bedroom with a great view. Met some really nice people from different areas while staying here. The unit has no carpet which is great for cleaning, just able to hear everything going on inside when trying to sleep, being there's nothing to catch the sound. Would recommend the stay.
We absolutely loved our time at Mariners Landing! The condo we rented was clean and very well equipped. The grounds were well maintained. We had such a relaxing time at this beautiful place. We will definitely be back.
