Food was very good. Service was even better, however the band was playing so loud that even when leaning in close to my wife (and the waitress as well) and literally yelling we could not hear each other. It might have been a little more acceptable if the band had been something more than just your average mediocre cover band. After several different people requested that they turn the volume down and the request went ignored, we were forced to get a to go box and finish or night out at home. If you want to be able to hear the waitress and converse with your significant other then I would strongly suggest you DO NOT go on a Friday night.

The old saying goes that- "If you build a better mouse trap, the world will beat a path to your door". The same maxim applies to Mitchell's Marina and Restaurant, if you go by how how many folk visit that facility by water. We have tried numerous times to visit, but always found that there was not enough dockage to tie up in order to visit the restaurant- hence the lack of review of the food, service, or atmosphere. Everyone seems happy as they visit, but not being able to dock is very frustrating to potential guests. Mitchell's enjoys a great reputation around the lake as a destination for boat fuel, boat rental, and its restaurant. Hopefully something can be done to accommodate boaters who want to visit.

Everything was awesome about this place EXCEPT for that fact that there’s absolutely no inside seating, only outside seats. There’s a whole band outside with you while you eat though!

I took my family to Mitchell's on July 13th weekend. The service was great. The food was as we always expected, good!! When there was a issue with the bill they corrected it immediately. I couldn't be happier with their respect for their customers, military, and our veterans
If you are looking for a place with the true lake atmosphere then you must come to Mitchell’s! The food, the service, the complimentary docking, management and owner are all worth noting! And talk about going above and beyond! We had arrived by boat with our dog believing that we could take the dog into the restaurant. The polite staff apologized and advised us that we could not (state ordinance) that there were picnic tables available and that we could place a takeout order, including beer, to bring to the tables. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mixup and Jeffrey the owner made sure everything was made right and taken care of. Thank you Jeffrey and staff! We’ll be back without the dog next time!

The most amazing food I’ve had on the lake. The pizza and fish are the best! Cliff and Hannah are wonderful people that work very hard.

The food, the service, and the view are all great. The staff are very nice and took great care on me and my family. They have a new burger that was juicy and full of flavor. My parents both enjoyed their meal and said the will be happy to come back. The manager was nice and even took time to talk to my brother, who has special needs, which made him very happy. I highly recommend trying this place. I'm looking forward to going back and checking out the live music also.

This place hit the spot. Not much else to choose from for pizza in the area so I was a bit skeptical. It turned out pretty good. A bit pricey but besides making our own dinner there wasn't another option.The staff was fantastic. Super nice, helpful, and a lot of positive energy.The restaurant is right next to the marina and has live music. We didn't stay but Mitchell's was pretty busy. Looks like a good time all hours of the day and night.
Parking: With the night time crowd in place parking was a bit tight.

Our party (6 adults and 2 kids) ate here on July 29, 2023. It appeared we arrived at the end of the lunch rush and waited about 20 mins to be seated. We waited a while for our food even though there weren't many people seated once we ordered. Finally, the pizza (which was only for one person who was sharing with one of the kids) came out. They had the pizza for a good 15 mins before anyone else's food came out. Our party ordered chicken salad (one with bread and one withour), the cheesestake with the jalapeno peppers (can't remember what it was called) fish and chips and fried clam strips. Luckily our food was worth the wait. The person who had the pizza said it needed a little more sauce. We'd probably consider coming back but would get carry out next time to eat on the boat to see how that goes.
