Alessandro's Pizzeria

The food was great. The cheesecake was the most fabulous strawberry cheesecake on the planet!!!!!!! I love me some cheesecake and this is by far some of the best I've had. They don't use the standard crust. This cheesecake is going to change your life. The service really makes this place stand out. In my opinion, they really went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of for us. We sat outside on the back deck so I could have my dog with us on a hot day and supplied him with a water bowl. Great staff all around!

Food is always good with a nice variety.

I came for lunch with my ex husband's fiancé. Yes you read that right. We spent well over 2 hours talking, laughing, eating and drinking mules. Soooooooo delicious. The best ones around actually. We shared an appetizer and eventually ordered food, which we shared and sampled off each other's plates. Mozzarella sticks were so cheesy and fresh, jalapeño poppers were big juicy and flavorful. Im basic and got chicken parm, and she got gnocchi i think, lol and it was all really perfect and our server was amazing. We simply enjoyed our time and bellies thanked us.

Our party of five enjoyed lunch at Alessandro’s. We ordered a mix of pasta dishes, shrimp tacos, and a veggie calzone. They were all tasty and filling. Our server was attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Sadly we didn't enjoy our food here.
The waitress barely speaks English so it was hard communicating our order.

Outside seating has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

I went to Alessandro’s Pizzeria for dinner on 5 June. They have added outdoor seating in the front of the building. I sat outside and enjoyed a quiet dinner. The food and service were both excellent.

This place is gold in a small town. Great food, great bar, and staff, with great vibes. Just got a place on the lake and will be rolling here all the time! Highly recommend!

The food there is very consistent and believe it or not, even as an Italian place they have amazing Chinese food.. apparently the owner used to own a Chinese restaurant and he's Incorporated it into the menu. It's the best Chinese at Smith Mountain.

Food ideas and varieties are absolutely the best, from SML almost throughout Bedford County.
But the staff and servers are great. O I t personal favorite is Brandon.. he is everywhere helping everyone, and you never feel forgotten.
Weekend music and crowd, to say the least, is a hoot and fun.

Check out Alessandro's people. I have been a trusted reviewer now for many years. With this being a now favorite and enjoyable spot to write on. I look forward to following up on this on.

As a side note, please try Alessandro's Chinese dishes.. !!!! No disappointment there.
