Bq was full of fat.
Where do I even start with this. We ordered four orders: a pancake with a side of fries, a hot ham and cheese sub with potato wedges, a large BBQ sandwich with extra BBQ sauce, and a BBQ plate with fries, hush puppies and a bun as toast. The drinks were two milkshakes and a tea. They repeated the order about two times back to us on the intercom, not one person but two. The second time realizing they did not say the potato wedges with the bbq sandwich or any drinks, so we had them repeat it again at the window. Well, after about 30 minutes of sitting at the window (including 10 minutes just waiting for the intercom) they finally came and asked if it was cash or card. We asked them to repeat the order. They did not catch the potato wedges and they only got one shake and the tea not two. At first they tried to say we had to pay for the milkshake separately, when we didn't even pay for the first order, which would have costed us more in tax that we did not want to spend (it was already 41 dollars originally). We managed to get the shake, but after further inspection of our food we still did not get the order of potato wedges. When we started back on our trip, we opened our food only to discover the bbq itself was season less, no sauce, and so greasy it was inedible. When we called and asked for a manager, she at first tried to only say sorry but ended up saying she could replace the food the next time we were back into town and took our name. She would not offer a refund; actually insisted that she couldn't at all even if it wasn't eaten (along with missing a full part of what we wanted to order). Altogether, I was very disappointed with how Aunt beas was today compared to the usual fast, friendly and good service and food we get there. Please watch out and please, whoever is running this specific area, do something about it.
Amazing food! II eat here every time I'm headed home from the Graceland Highlands. It always hits the spot. The food is super affordable, so I can just eat a ton after a long hike. Perfect spot for a southern comfort food breakfast.
The food was great, and the manager i ended up speaking with was very competent and resolved our issue. The menu prices are absolutely ridiculous, though. There's no reason 2 hot dog baskets and an order of cheese munchers should be $30.
Used drive thru while working in the area.
Tenderloin and egg biscuits are really good !
You've never had a banana split like theirs!
Great for breakfast
Great little place to stop in if you are ever in the area. I love going to these little diners while out on the road for work.

Customer service is absolutely horrible!
Nothing fancy but decent fast food. Only place in town for breakfast the week we were there. Staff friendly and even a bit comedic. Breakfast served all day.

Can’t please everyone, people going to say what they say, I eat the breakfast and it’s great, well the biscuits need more milk and butter in the mix to keep it from falling apart after taking a bite but the flavor is great. And the price is fair, I’d recommend it to a neubee anytime. Btw I’m new to area from Fla. it compares to any fast food but better in my opinion. Thanks y’all have a great day.
