Excellent little gem! My mother and I were broke down and from out of the area. We called and they don’t have delivery services however made an exception out of there kindness to deliver us a pizza and cups with ice for our water.Thank y’all for taking an already hard situation and making it better with your delicious pizza and sweet employees!

My friend and I went to this restaurant on a Monday during a time that should be busy. It wasn't busy and we had a very nice waitress. My issue came with the food, we had a sampler basket and cheese fries for our appetizer. Both were way over fried and didn't taste good. Not to mention the sampler is $12.50 which is way over priced for what you are given. The garlic knots are amazing and were the saving grace in the meal. I was disappointed since I had been here previously and had good experiences. I will be revisiting in a few months to try some different menu items.Parking: The parking lot is very small and very tight. It wasn't busy when we went but parking was awkward.

I've always liked the Independence location and prefer it over the Galax one. They make the best stromboli around, and they will do special orders if you ask. The original stromboli (pepperoni, italian sausage, and mushrooms) with chicken added is just amazing, and if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.

We have loved Ciros in Galax since we moved here but have never tried the Independence location. Menus are similar but not the same. It is more expensive than Galax and although the food is as good or better. I guess they don't have room for a dishwasher because everything is served in disposable containers, as if it were takeout. A little disappointed. Staff is very nice, but I felt like we were betraying the Galax Ciros location, as we have gotten to know them and very fond of them. The visit to the Independence location was because we happened to be there for another reason....so when in Galax, we will go to that location and when in Independence we will dine there....both locations have pluses and minuses.....mostly plusses, though.

Very quick initial acknowledgment of guests. I have been there many times, and the food is made and served pretty quickly after order is placed. I’ve never been disappointed, in any way. Always enough leftover to take home if I’m still hungry. Lots of outdoor seating once it’s warming up.Parking: Not sure about parking at their rush hour, I usually eat when it’s less crowded.

Service was abysmal, food was just ok, I guess the Pizza is what everyone loves here, but don’t stray too far from that as our sandwiches were mediocre. Everything was just too greasy. I hate to give mediocre reviews to local places but they really need to train their servers better on menu items and how to follow up with tables for drinks etc. We might go back for takeout pizza but that’s about it.

Passing through at lunch time. Pizza was decent. Decent crust, sauce had good flavor, generous toppings. I don't drink a lot of soft drinks so I typically order water. They charge $1 for a cup of water! REALLY?! I didn't realize water was such a precious resource in Independence, VA. This is the first time ever I've been charged for water anywhere.
